We’ve used Frodsham’s for many years, they are professional in every sense of the word, ie., advance notification of services, timely, easily accessible and available to answer questions, options for payment, provide recommendations, etc. etc. Highly recommend! Our lawn always looks wonderful!

One of the best parts of their service is MaryAnn. I don’t know if she is one woman or several. But she is always helpful, pleasant and fun!
I have been getting help from them for years. Probably 10. No complaints. They were mindful of the gate and my dog.

We use Frodsham’s for not only lawn care, but for pest control and we are very pleased with both applications. I believe the chemicals they use are better than that I can buy locally and particularly the lawn. Seems to have an even growth rather than a spike and a down period. Frodshams does everthing for me spider spray, fruit trees and deep root, and my lawn all my neighbors use different companies and my lawn is by far the best looking lawn on the street i highly recommend them.

They are so committed and communication and reminders have been my favorite! My grass looks amazing even during the hot summer months! I have female dogs who use the backyard and even their spots are just growing and green! I recommend them 100% 10/10

They were in the process of closing out christmas, and getting the new things in. There wasn't much there.

Walmart superstore has it all. From car batteries to casseroles. Sporting good to sports bras. Order your fro on line to banking and getting your nails done.
The restrooms were very clean other than some greasy employee jamming to his music on his phone as he stood beside me at the urinal. I believe there should be a policy that key says keep your phones in your lockers until after work. This is a new age with a new millennial.
The produce department looked really fresh.
The tire center looked very busy. I guess it’s that time of year where everybody’s putting on their snow tires.
Seasonal products from Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas are staged
Parking the parking lot was very big and I had the lot walk a long way. I guess I’m used to shopping on Sunday where there is nobody in the parking lot.

no call/no show twice

Very kind office managers, really working hard to make sure things go smoothly. Have had problematic workers in the past, but I can see that they are trying their best for improvements!

Supposed to come test backflows at a set appointment. Didn't show up or call to cancel. My employee waiting for over an hour twiddling her thumbs. So long.

I called three other larger plumbing companies to replace a water main, they were thousands more. The local city water person made this recommendation and it’s now a year later with no regrets.

Company never answers their phone. We have made appointments for repair and they never show up. Were supposed to be on their list to winterize our sprinklers, but they never came. Don't waste your time with J & C Testing.

They came out on the day they said they would and analyzed what needed to be done and prepared a fair bid. Then the contacted me and set up a scheduled date. They showed up on the scheduled date and did the exact job we had contracted for. They were wonderful.

When they show up, they are polite and work quickly. The last two years, I’ve scheduled an appointment with them “we’ll be there between 9 and noon”. Both years they didn’t call to tell me they were behind schedule or that they wouldn’t be coming. They just didn’t show up. Last year I called and rescheduled. This year, I called to reschedule, left a message and no one called me back for a week and a half. I’m looking elsewhere.
