We have been working with Salmon Mechanical for about a year now. During that time, they have been very responsive to our needs and have worked very hard to make sure that our building is comfortable. During a recent scheduled repair one of the techs noticed a leaky pressure relief valve and asked if he could take care of it while on site. he had the part on his truck and quickly made the repair. When i received the invoice, I expected a second truck charge and mileage which and happened with a previous vendor. No extra charges were on the bill. I will continue to use Salmon for MY HVAC and Plumbing needs whenever possible.

Jonathan did an excellent and thorough service on our furnaces. Getting ready for cold weather. I recommend Scott and Call Climate without reservation.

Remarkable Installation by Call Climate
I don't often submit reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Call Climate after they replaced my old furnace and air conditioner. My previous Amana unit had served its purpose, but it was old and inefficient. After getting several quotes, it became clear that upgrading to a cold climate heat pump was the best long-term solution.
I chose to go with Call Climate, and I am so glad I did. Unlike some larger, national chains masquerading as local businesses, Call Climate is a truly honest, caring, and knowledgeable local company. Their professionalism was evident from the start. I was particularly impressed with Shawn, one of the owners, whose knowledge and enthusiasm for cold climate heat pumps was one of the main reasons I decided to go with them. They also took the time to properly size the heat pump for Utah's climate, which was crucial to the project's success.
The installation itself was remarkable. The team was super clean and made excellent use of the small available space. Brandon, the installer technician, did an amazing job—they even had to do some custom fabrication, and he made the entire furnace area look great. They installed a superb unit with an integrated Lennox S40 smart thermostat, which is incredibly simple and friendly to use. The biggest surprise, however, was how quiet the new system is. It is inaudible inside and makes almost no noise outside.
The entire house now feels comfortable in a way we have never experienced before—a testament to Call Climate's expertise and careful groundwork. As an added benefit, they handled all the paperwork for the rebates and certifications, making the process completely seamless.
I was delighted and astonished by the quality of the unit and the installation. I would highly recommend Call Climate to anyone in need of HVAC services, whether it's for repairs, upgrades, or a complete system replacement. You are in good hands with them.

Call Climate is wonderful. I know the owner's brother, and they're all straight shooters. They will never try and sell you something you don't need.

Our furnace and A/C went out (26 years old) on a Friday in July. Another company diagnosed it and quoted $20K for a bare bones 80% system. Shawn quoted a 97% system for $15K that also had $5K of rebates and tax credits. The other guys would have charged $30K for it. They installed it while we were out of town and then came back the next week and walked me thru the system. That's customer service!

Turns out most of the larger HVAC companies are owned by big investment funds and dictate the high prices so they get the big profits. ALWAYS go with the local guy!

Brandon Nolan installed my HVAC and heating systems. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the products. He was very kind, ready and willing to answer my questions regarding the new systems. The reason I am giving Call climate a 4 star rating is when I set up the install date, Shawn said it would be either tomorrow or the day after he would call me and let me know. The call never came, Brandon arrived the next day. I would of liked to get a confirmation of what day for sure from Shawn. And second I was told that Shawn will be in touch with me regarding the hole that had to be cut in my bedroom ceiling. It has been a few weeks and I have not heard from him.
I have always trusted Call Climate for all my heating and Air conditioning needs. I was disappointed in Shawn. But all in all i would highly recommend Call Climate!

Jonathan Allen did an excellent job in servicing my furnaces. He was very pleasant to work with.

Quick response getting into my home and assessing the problem. The only delay came on parts which were out of their control. Everything seems to be working great with both of my mini splits now. We will absolutely use their services again.

Scott was very knowledgeable and was willing to take time to educate me on my system. All other companies quoted me $2000 for repairs and recommended full replacement of both AC and Heater for $8000 with lots of scare tactics. Call Climate Services is honest. They have my business from now on.

This company scams you! We had them
Come out and listened to all the fluff. Signed up for a monthly $19.99 service thing that could be “cancelled anytime” we have been calling to get it cancelled every single month that they charge my account. There aren’t humans to talk to on phone just “digital assistants” so- AI. DO NOT RECOMMENED!

I had an urgent need to move a heatpump condenser unit. Within 24 hours, all was well!

Ben and Tanner did a fantastic job replacing my old furnace and ac (lasted 26 years) with a new furnace and ac system. Ben was experienced, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Not only did they complete the job as promised, there were also some additional issues from the last person who installed the old system that should be fixed. Those issues were fixed properly without an additional charge and increased my confidence in the installation overall. Thanks Ben and Tanner!
