The day my home had water damage these guys came out to help! Within an hour they had arrived.
Explaining the process in detail and they immediately got to work. They were professional, fast, always making sure I understood what was next and answered any and all of my questions. Very trustworthy workers that came in my home. If I ever have water damage again I wouldn't hesitate on who I would call! They're amazing! -

After our 2nd floor hot water heater leaked overnight, our insurance company sent ServiceMaster to the house within 2 hours. They were great! Unfortunately they found water damage on three floors. At one time we had 21 pieces of equipment drying out everything! They came back over and over to check and make sure it had properly dried. They were easy to work with and took time to explain what they were doing and why. The guys we dealt primarily with were Jay, Garrett, Josh, and Candler. But we also saw Nick and Brad briefly. All of them we’re exceptional!

ServiceMaster by Smith went above and beyond and took great care in mitigating our water damage. RJ and his team were beyond knowledgeable of our problem and insurance coverage. We could not be more grateful and impressed by their work and dedication.
