I have a tile roof on an older home in Sugarhouse. Last summer a tree branch fell and broke a single trim tile which I knew had to be fixed. I called around and could not get anyone to even respond. Last month, we were referred to In-Line by our realtor as we consider placing our home on the market.

I reached out to Tim. I had asked that he do a full roof inspection which he did. José was onsite the next day and took pictures of several areas of concern including several broken or cracked tiles that should be replaced. The quote was very reasonable for replacing all broken and cracked tiles. He also included some general "re-fastening" of lose tiles.

The work was concluded a couple of days later by José (who did the inspection work). I was shown photos of both before and after the work so I could see how all the replaced tiles looked. I was able to pay via Venmo which was extremely convenient. José was extremely professional and even spent time explaining to me how you can walk on a tile roof safely. I now know how to get up there without potentially breaking tiles and know where I can and cannot step. I am completely satisfied with the speed, quality, pricing/billing and the professionalism of the work when performed.

I am out of Utah and a neighbor sent a picture of an ice dam and a 4’ overhanging cornice on my garage roof. Because of the liability I immediately called Tim and explained the situation. He gave me a very reasonable quote and within hours he had my roof cleared and problem solved.

In-Line General Construction did an excellent job on replacing my roof during the summer. During the heavy snow storms they were out here on New Year's eve clearing snow and an ice dam on my roof. They were prompt in installing new heat cable on my roof despite super cold winter weather and everything was done in a timely manner at a fair price. I have been very impressed with the promptness in addressing all of my issues and everything was done with care and attention to detail.

In Line Roofing has helped us on several occasions this winter to repair our roof and remove large quantities of snow from our roof. Tim is very responsive and is able to get a crew out to our house either same or next day! They always do a great job!

Got an excellent roof done on our garage during a very wet winter season 2023. It was done quickly, done well and Tim is very responsive. The roof had to be shoveled before the old shingles could be torn off and Tim’s crew worked hard and did the tear-down, sheathing and new shingles all in the same day. The job was done 4 days after I got my quote and I couldn’t be happier with the pricing.
