Our home in Clinton is pretty old and used to be a duplex before being turned into a single-family house. We had three water heaters—one just sitting unused in the basement, another older one, and a newer one that actually worked. After some remodeling, we noticed the older water heater stopped working, so we decided to hook everything up to the newer one. That's when Brett and his plumbing team stepped in. They quickly fixed a leak and made sure all our pipes and water lines were connected to the working water heater. The whole crew was friendly and did a great job. Brett made sure the water going to the boiler was softened and conditioned, which helps the boiler run efficiently and last longer. The piping was installed very neatly, and he made sure to bypass outdoor faucets so they didn’t get softened water unnecessarily. While checking the hot water, Brett noticed one of my showers was draining slowly and fixed the clog for free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the new boiler and the great service.
