Fresh Ducts sent their rookie to our house the first time. He complained to us as homeowners about having to do a difficult cleaning on our vent system on a Friday. He even mentioned that it was his “birthday” weekend and couldn’t believe he was doing this difficult job. He was so obnoxious that my wife and I tried not to be in the same room as he was. Finally, after consulting the owner several times, he packed up his stuff and left without cleaning anything.

I immediately got a call to reschedule the duct cleaning with a more experienced tech the next week. Jeremy, the tech that showed up today looked at our system and didn’t feel like it was anything out of the ordinary. He went right to work and got the ducts cleaned really good. He showed me pictures of the before and after. Great Work!

Fresh Ducts - SLC was amazing! Skylar was awesome. Helped us retrieve stuff from the dryer vent and also helped us solve a very dangerous situation. The homebuilder of the house we bought never cut the dryer vent to the outside. Skylar helped us avoid a potential situation of our house burning down. We had a great experience with Fresh Ducts! Garrett was very professional, sent a pre-appointment text, and showed up at the scheduled time. Our home is about 50 years old and needed a good cleaning to get the gunk out of the ducts. He also checked for mold, rust, etc. We can definitely see and feel the difference in the air quality of our home from this service! Our home is about 2,500 sq ft and it took around two hours to complete the duct cleaning.
