Anthony was great! Very respectful of our home and polite. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough. Answered any questions we had as well. Mathew came out initially to inspect our home after we had an issue with a Tesla charger. He showed us what was happening with our panel and how our home had been changed by us moving from new home owners to living here for 10 years. We have added so many upgrades like a hot tub, Tesla charger etc. our panel was overloaded. Electrical can cause so many problems and fires in a home, very important to be done correctly and safely.

Ok… will this get seen by other people?! Who knows as I am sure they can pick and chose what reviews actually get posted, but in the hopes that this saves anyone from a company nightmare I will write it.
First of all Matthew Shaw although a nice guy is a typical salesmen, shoots the shits finds common interests, is probably a dissent human being, but at the end of the day won’t leave your house until he gets the sale he needs, which is pretty exhausting so be prepared to have him hang out for 4 hours while explaining all the million things and then attempting to price gouging the hell out of you.
I needed the panel ungraded and they did “throw” in some stuff which was cool, but when it is all already over priced by a few thousand bucks is it really free? No.
Next the electrician Brendan… he is awesome. Super cool, honest, did a great job and was NOT trying to be anything more than the guy hired to do the job. Too bad he works for an unfortunate company. Go work somewhere else Brendan! Can you hear me?! You are awesome.
Anyway at the end of the day it is what it is, cringy worthy experience and every-time you come across one you grow a stronger back bone right?!
Would not recommend this company. Also two stars, one for Matthew cause he at least is trying to hustle and one for Brendan… I would give him two but that would just make the company look better and I don’t want that.

Matthew did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done safely and correctly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how respectful he was of my home. Highly recommend!

Jake (from State Farm) is amazing! He explained everything perfect! I highly recommend these guys! I need to add on here that their service tech Brendan is awesome! We ran into some issues with wiring a smoke detector, like a champ he let me know what was up and after a little frustration, which he was amazing dealing with me, he figured it out. Then there was another issue figuring out how to wire in a camera over my front door. Brendan did some thinking and he was able to figure it out without having to cut into the sheetrock. Needless to say I was relieved. So from the boss to Jake to Brendan, this company is amazing! I give them 10 stars for being patient and understanding with our craziness! Thank you all and I will recommend you to anyone I know needing electrical work! Thank you all so much!!! 🙂

Had a big power issue and then added some lights in a dark living room. I called a few people and others were days out but not sparky they had some one to fix the big issue immediately! Beyond happy with both projects

I had a lot of work for them and he was able to get it all done in one day, he even had to go to the store for parts did a fantastic job. Checked our whole house. Ran a new line in our garage because several sockets, out there, wire got nicked and stopped working . Now fixed. But cost $1,400. $400 to checked problems and $1000 to run wire.

They came back to do re wiring our bedroom had to re wire the light re wire outlets and put in a new electric panel. They came out at the last minute and finished up before my big party
I feel very safe now. Before our electric was tripping every day with fear of house burning down. Now I feel safe. But once again it was very expensive $4,500.
They were fast. Precise, neat, professional, and did a good job.

Anthony came to do an electrical inspection, and he was great to work with. Super friendly, respectful of our home, and really easy to talk to. He walked me through everything he checked and explained what needed attention in a way that actually made sense. There's no denying my home's electrical needs help. I knew that before he got here. 😅 So I asked for estimates.
I liked that he gave me three options—sorted by safety and cost—without any pressure or sales vibe at all. The inspection was included in a package I purchased along with some work I had the Mr. Sparky team do last year, so there was no charge this time. But Anthony still gave it the same care and attention.
Overall, I really appreciated how thoughtful and down‑to‑earth he was. It’s clear he genuinely cares about keeping your home and family safe, and that kind of service sticks with you.

We called at 6am. Mic was great! She let us know the cost and time difference between an emergency call and a non-emergency call. She was light hearted and funny during an incredibly stressful situation.

Preston and Jake were here by 8:30. They looked at everything and explained our current electrical portfolio really well and answered all the questions we had. They gave us 3 options of varying cost and altered those quotes when we asked. They were friendly and professional and promised to have our power restored the same day.

Parker, Brendan, Isaac, and Adam came out and did all the work. They were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. They made sure everything was working, cleaned up before they left, and made sure to answer any follow up questions.

Overall, Mr. Sparky was great to work with and we will definitely be calling them for any future electrical needs.

Brendon and his apprentices do great work. I have enjoyed having him working on this project. He is great to communicate with, answers any of my questions and does amazing and very high quality work. When working with Mr Sparky in the future, I will be requesting Brendon for any new projects. Brendon is a 5 star performer and electrician. * * * * *

I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied. For a simple plug installation in my garage for an EV I had received 3 separate quotes, 2 electricians were below 1500, and Mister Sparky came in with 3 different quotes between $6k - $20k before financing, and up to $60k after financing for 15 years. $6k was for the plug install, and the other quotes were for additional misc services they had noticed. Keep in mind - my home is 20 years old and I was told by Mister Sparky that my home was in great shape and very few electrical issues compared with other homes he frequents - good heavens…

Other electricians came and left within 30 mins, Mister Sparky told me that they would provide a free safety inspection (not optional). 90 mins later they provide their ludicrous quotes.

After leaving I come downstairs to discover ripped paint, missing bolts from the electrical panel they had to remove for “safety inspection”. I cannot fathom why anyone would use this company for anything.

Had Matthew out to the house. Great guy and super nice and talked me through everything. Gave me a couple options and didn’t push me, just wanted to make my house safe. Top notch!
Then I had Bridger out to do the work. Communicated great.
Not sure how expensive it is compared to other. But very satisfied with the care and professionalism. They take care of you.

The power went out to half our home unexpectedly at about 3:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, that also included the heater. We dealt with it until morning, and then called Mr. Sparky. The person we talked to was very helpful, and they were able to come out right away. Our home is older, and I've had concerns about our electrical panel for a while. As expected, the panel is pretty much shot and has to be replaced. The technician was patient, explain everything in great detail, and offered us multiple pricing and replacement / repair options that we were able to choose from.

Once the work started we were very impressed with the competence, professionalism, friendliness, and patience of everyone with whom we interacted. The project was extensive and went over several days (not complaining, they made our house perfectly safe, and the previous electrical system was a mess!). Our project lead was Bridger Shields and he was amazing! He explained everything so clearly over the course of the project, and we really came to trust him greatly. We met a quite a few folks during the process, including Preston, Brendan, and Parker, and even the apprentices Issac, Adam, and Jaden. Everyone was awesome, and we are super-happy with the end result. The peace of mind we now have is hard to put a value on.

Can you guess that we highly recommend Mr. Sparky for any electrical work? :) And ask for Bridger when you call -- you won't be disappointed!

Kyle and his crew were amazing. They had to travel several hours to come to my house and my daughter's houses for electrical work close to Price, UT. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They completed a very long and complicated rewire at my daughters home in a reasonable time. They had to work with small town electric and such for permits in record time. I am very pleased and impressed with them. I highly recommend them for any electrical job. They went above and beyond to make us happy customers.

Bobby was amazing, he explained everything to me so that I understood, he worked hard to help me get the financing, everything I needed to get the job done, he was so good to me and I knew that I had someone who was really working hard to take care of me, looking out for me, I felt so relieved when he and I finished because I knew he had done everything possible in watching out for and taking care of me. Kyle arrived and was awesome, explained everything to me, got everything needed and went to work doing an amazing job. Nothing here is easy but he worked till he got it all working, he put everything back together as it was and left my home clean and back together. I will continue to work with these guys for all my future work needed and will highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. I cannot say thank you strongly enough or express just how great these guys are, I felt truly cared for and taken care of.

Elliot is a wonderful tech. Explains everything clearly and is very polite. He lets you know what needs to be done but doesn't pressure you.
Found out we had star wars in common and we were talking light sabers so I had to have a photo taken with them. Just goes to show how relaxed and personable they are but also professional in the work.
