PANDO PLUMBING is, in a word, AMAZING!! I don't recall exactly how I found them, but I have had three experiences with PANDO so far, and they are the ONLY plumbers I will use or recommend. They are HONEST to a fault so I would never worry about being overcharged by them. Let me illustrate: My first experience with PANDO was when I had installed a new faucer and matching drain poppet in my bathroom. I got two of them installed on other sinks and all was fine, but this one I could not get the drain to not leak and the poppet would not seal. I called PANDO and they came out, took a look, got some tools, and had it working in literally about three minutes. I asked how much I owed them and he said "Nothing." Not even a service call fee or something? "No, just keep us in mind. DONE. Next I wanted to install a slop sink in my garage. They came out and after looking it over said they couldn't do it because there was no way to do what I wanted without violating the building code. INTEGRITY!!! Finally, I had another small problem that looked to me like the beginning of a catastrophe. My garden hose would not come off the spigot no matter how much I tried, and I have some really BIG channellock pliers and I still couldn't get it. In fact, I crushed the hose nut onto the spigot! I thought we would have to knock a hole in the wall and replace the whole spigot. Jeff from PANDO came out, got some tools and while it took a little time and a lot of effort, he had the hose off of the spigot in about 10 minutes. GUESS WHAT? NO CHARGE! HOLY COW!! I'm telling you, you cannot go wrong with PANDO. I would hate to think that as a result of my experiences above someone would try to take advantage of PANDO, but they are the most honest, professional and esay to work with tradespeople I have ever encountered - including Chris in the office who not only works to get your help to you as soon as possible, she also keeps you informed of when they are on their way, and more. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY AND TEAM!

Pando plumbing are the only ones I trust with our plumbing needs. They are quick, fair, never try to upsell and overcharge, and have been nothing but the utmost professional to deal with. I first had to call them after my father passed away and the sump pump he had installed flooded my basement. Pando came out quickly, made the repairs, found me a restoration contractor and set that all up as well. I couldn't believe it! They are amazing.
