Our A/C unit stopped working at the beginning of the summer. I reached out to Sam and he had one of his techs out right away. They explained our options so we could make an informed decision. We had an older unit that used outdated coolant. We opted to get a new unit and they gave us a great deal and got it installed right away.

It was great, even a year or so on. Our furnace's igniter (or whatever it's called) wouldn't start up. We kept thinking replacing the aging furnace (15 years or so) was going to be in the mix. We had a technician come out and he was able to get the igniter working again. It worked so well that it didn't have any igniting issues last winter when he fixed it or this whole winter, too! I know a new furnace is eventually in the cards but I've been really grateful the technician gave us some breathing room before considering that large of an expense.

The professional manner that they came and diagnosed my system was very honest and they really had our best interest in mind. The quotes of systems beat out the competition. Then the quality of the installers was very quick and knowledgeable. Which was great because of the temperature outside. Highly recommended.

We love the comfort specialist. They always do a great job. We love our air conditioner, it runs so perfectly, especially during those extra hot months in the summer.

I've had 2 awesome experiences with Comfort Specialists. First my mother-in-law let me know that her air conditioner went out send she was having someone give her a bid. The bid she got was $4,800 to fix it. I called Sam Diamond and he got a new air conditioner installed for $4,900 with a 10 year warranty. They even drove down to Las Vegas to get a part they needed so it would get done quicker. Next my air conditioning went out on a Saturday night. I called Sam again and his brother Beau came out and had us back up and cooling less than 2 hours after I called. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed with the Comfort Specialists technician who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable and had the faulty part ordered and replaced within 24 hours! I also liked that he didn't try to charge me or upsell me on other stuff. Plus they gave me a good deal, so not too shabby!

Beau was awesome and came out quickly to diagnose and fix my hvac issues. Thanks to him we’re back in business! He was quick, efficient, professional and so kind! Definitely our go to for hvac needs in the future!

I contacted Comfort Solutions to do a routine service on my heater and they found that the heat exchanger was in poor condition. The unit was fairly old and had been leaking water for some time so I wasn’t surprised to hear that. I asked if I could get an estimate on a new unit so they sent out their sales representative Mike. He was very professional and explained what options they had and what the difference would be between each different model. I was very pleased with estimate and went with a two stage heat and A/C Trane unit. I’ve had the new unit since February 2020 and am very pleased with it so far. I would definitely use them again!

Very friendly both at the office for Scheduling and the tech that came out. Inspected the system and left is very comfortable that our system was ok for now and told us about their service package which would allow us to save up for a new one and included 2 inspections per year. We had them out to get a second opinion because the company before them told us we needed a new $5000 furnace right now.

Had Beau came out not too long ago to check out the furnace, turns out there’s a bad leak and everything is rusted. Beau and his team let me know what my options are and quickly replaced my furnace and everything is running smooth especially with this cold. They are very professional and get the job done extremely quick! Highly recommend them!

The guys with Comfort Specialists were great to work with. Beau diagnosed our AC as "near death" and sure enough it was. He was able to send a unit and a crew out within two days and replace our 24-year-old AC last week. We now enjoy COMFORT because the SPECIALISTS did their job. They were efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys. We will refer you anytime.

Probably the best experience with a HVAC/Plumbing company I have ever had in my 67 years... No exaggeration. They were on time. They were friendly and explained in simple terms what the problem was and how they would fix it. No up-selling. They replaced my two faulty water heaters in an hours time. Highly competent. They left no mess. I paid exactly what they quoted me. I have had many less than desirable experiences with Plumbing companies and dealing with Comfort Specialists was like a ray of sunshine in the winter. I couldn't be more pleased. And no, I am in no way related to anyone associated with the company. They were just that good.

Beau with comfort specialists came out to do a tune up on my furnace beginning of winter. He was great easy to schedule and very knowledgeable. I have a weird size air filter that he didn’t have in stock he made a special trip to get me a few of the ones I needed. I won’t trust my HVAC work to anyone else.

These guys did such a fantastic job, i ordered 4 industrial heaters & the price was just amazing, these guys came in full force & tore down my old ones which are mounted to the ceiling & i would guess its 50-75 foot tall then installed the new ones in just under 2 days. The guys were very respectful & top quality work with top quality heaters. I would recommend AAA Comfort Specialists any day any time. If you want top quality work & top quality equipment then you will do the right thing & give these guys a call

I've used Comfort Specialists a couple times, and will never use anyone else. I hired them to tune up my furnace, and they discovered a CO leak that without fixing could have cause major issues for my family.

We ended up purchasing a new system and after getting several quotes they were the best price. Begining to end it was a wonderful experience!

The Comfort Specialists team is peak professionalism. They came on short notice and replaced a water heater. What’s more they really opened my vision to how I can plan for future HVAC maintenance, repairs, and gave me tips on how to make my new equipment last as long as possible. Highly, highly recommend!

Although they said they were very busy they were able to show up the next day, was on time, professional and able to fix my air conditioner quickly.
The only complaint I have is that when his analysis identified what part needed to be replaced he didn't come down and give me a quote first he just fixed it and surprise me with the bill.

Install on a traditional water heater went ok and price was competitive but I had a follow up question about the safety of an installed component and I never got a reply. I will not use them again for any future repairs.

I guess if you don't mind a string of no-shows, broken promises, and failure to follow up in any way, these are the guys for you. It's super frustrating and if you do use them I would make sure you're completely satisfied before paying them. Otherwise, good luck getting them to make it right.
