Fast delivery and great communications, I contacted him last minute as my weekend opened up to finally get around to my gravel project and within 45 min I had 6 tons delivered at a fair price.

The work was amazing. We had a lot of large boulders and large piles. I should have taken a picture before but this was a massive project and Dawson not only did a great job he was great to communicate along the way for his arrival and making sure we were happy with the end result. This was about an acre and we are very excited to have this field as a dog park for our dogs. Thank you!

As a contractor myself, I’m very selective about who I work alongside and refer to clients. Dawson Watts and Watts Build & Siteworx are the real deal. Dawson understands timelines, coordination, and the importance of getting excavation done correctly the first time so the rest of the project runs smoothly.

In addition to general excavation and site work, he installed a French drain for me, and the workmanship was excellent. Proper slope, clean install, and attention to detail, exactly how it should be done. It’s clear he takes pride in doing things right, not just getting them done.

My water Heater was leaking. They installed a new Rehm Professional Model and Expansion Tank for $817.00. A quote from another plumbing company was $1900.00. We have used Steve's plumbing services more than once and have been extremely pleased each time. He is knowledgeable and works quickly while being very personable. We will definitely call him again when the need arises.

We have had Steve come out a few times and I just wish he could also be an electrician and take care of some other things we're in need of. One time he came out to fix an issue with our bathtub faucet and after almost an hour's worth of work he couldn't fix it permanently, he needed to order a different part, and he never even charged us for that hour he was there doing the temporary fix. When he needed to order things for repairs, he didn't bill us for it. He also had no problem working with us for the payment at a time where money was tight. He was very understanding and flexible. He is always kind, polite, professional, fast, HONEST, and has no intention in trying to scam you. I feel like he understands that when youre honest and forthcoming, you get repeat customers and those customers tell their friends and family about you. Steve totally gets it.
