This location has trouble with follow though. They don't return calls and never have a unit available to load materials if you want to self pickup. Sounds like they don't care much about selling product. Just large jobs

I gave this company 3 trys. First try I didn't receive a call back for over 9 months I left 5 VM and then finally found someone else. 9 months later I don't get a phone call I get a text asking me if I was still interested in having them do the work......Next tried going in during office hours and they were closed. Tried twice and left VM no response, had someone else help. Final issue and I say final as I will never give them another opportunity nor will I contract with anyone who uses them again. Called Monday and actually was able to speak to someone. Scheduled a delivery of rock for today Friday. They took name, address phone number ect. They told me to stop in Friday morning when I got to Garden City to make sure the product was what I wanted.. Stopped in at 8:45 am to find out that the driver that made the deliveries had to many hours so owner told him to stay home. (I understand DOT regs but apparently they can't convey things to me) Owner could not be reached an noone knew if he might be filling in for the day. There was simply lack of any care, ownership or responsibility in their part. No apology, no previous call to give me a heads up. As I was leaving another customer pulled in as owner was suppose to meet him to load noone knew where the owner was nor could they reach him. Since i was not able to get this load I have had to make multiple reschedules costing me over a $1000 do to the rescheduling all because of Bear Lake Landscapings failure to meet their obligations. I will NOT use them for any of my properties.

I’ve used Bear Lake Landscape for multiple projects. They are personable and professional and do a great job. Working with Bryce, Stuart, and Vern has helped me through each of my potential and know completed projects and a great value.

I don't contract with BL Landscape but my neighbor does. They have consistently used my driveway for their staging area, parking, and access to the house next door (whose driveway is only 5' from mine and they seem avoid at all costs for some unknown reason). The company staged dirt on my driveway without the thought of asking. They have driven their heavy equipment on my concrete, scratching and cracking a driveway poured less than 2 years ago.

We have used Bear Lake Landscaping for many years now. They are consistent in the work they do. Anytime we need anything done, including checking/fixing our home, they always come through for us.

From the design to the execution Brennon and his team were AMAZING! Our landscaping turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we are beyond happy the results! Absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend!

We have been working with Bear Lake Landscape for several years. They have been a huge asset to us and our vacation house in Bear Lake. They have always down what they said the would, and we can always trust them that quality work will get done at a reasonable price.

We had worked with Bear Lake Landscape nearly 20 years ago and they helped us out again late summer 2025. We had an unusual ask, where we needed to have a sprinkler system connected to existing hydrants, and Brennon understood exactly what was needed and came up with a plan and design that was implemented quickly. They also planted grass using seed, perennials, Aspen’s and rock hardscape. We are very satisfied with the work that Brennon and Bear Lake Landscape accomplished, and recommend them without reservation.

Bear Lake Landscape is amazing. We are DIY-ers and over the last few years we have used Bear Lake Landscape for multiple deliveries of landscape materials such as mulch, topsoil, road base, boulders, and more. They have always come through for us.
I saw another review mentioning issues they had with Bear Lake Landscape not having material and/or being able to get what they wanted when they wanted it. In our experience, as long as you call a few days in advance, they are typically able to get you what you need. When they couldn't deliver us an truck load of road base, due to broken down equipment, they provided us the number of someone who could do the delivery. Top-notch customer service!!!

I hired Bear Lake Landscaping to help design and install a fairly complicated landscape with multiple tiers, grass, planter beds, etc. They were very creative in the design and did an outstanding job with the installation. The workers were also great – friendly, kind and hard working. The only potential negative is that it took much longer than planned. But in fairness to them, some of this was due to things outside of their control. I recommend Bear Lake Landscape without reservation.
