Reviews of local pros in Garland, Utah

Jordan has done several jobs for us including wiring our entire basement, re-wiring our kitchen remodel for a double oven. I would recommend Jordan to anyone. He is a stand up guy and a great electrician.

Jordan is the man! He was extremely prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. He quickly helped us identify issues and resolve them. He’s the guy to call if you want a job well done at a great price. Any project, big or small, Jordan is the guy to call!

I coordinated through Jordan and Jake did the work. He installed an outlet in my bathroom and hung a TV for me. They were extremely flexible; very accommodating to my schedule. He came out once but I had the wrong TV mount so he came out again. He was on time both times. We had to get creative with where we placed the outlet and hung the TV. Jake was patient and determined to make it work to my satisfaction. He was very professional. He worked quickly but was very thorough and ensured the work was done accurately. The price was exactly as Jordan had quoted the first time we spoke (even though Jake came out twice). I would highly recommend Lux Illumination. Their customer service is outstanding, they do quality work, they are dependable and their pricing is fair.

Jordan at Lux has done both commercial and residential electrical work for me. Every time I have been impressed by both the quality and value of the business. They were even able to wire all the 3 phase electrical work I needed done at my wood shop! Great company and great business.

I cannot give this company a good enough review. We had a problem and instead of setting up an appointment, Jordan called my husband and talked him through how to fix the problem and what parts to buy. He even texted him diagrams to show him exactly what needed to be done. I usually feel like people will come out and charge you for anything they can, but Jordan was as nice as they come and seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to help us, and also wanted to save us some money. We will be calling him for all our electrician needs, knowing what an honest, nice guy he is.

Awesome work and overall customer experience with Jordan and Black Out Electric!

Here’s a quick overview of how my experience went:
- I sent an inquiry about wiring my barn on Friday April 26th through their website.
- I had a confirmation email to meet Monday April 29th.
- I met with Jordan Monday the 29th and he was even early to the appointment.
- I had the bid by end of day April 29th.
- The work was completed by May 2nd with (exception of the finish work that comes after drywall)

🤯

Black Out’s work was a better price, more efficient in their scheduling, enjoyable to work with, and completed the work in less time than it took to get a bid back from a different electrician. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again!! 🙌🏻

I found LUX Illumination through a friend and they came highly recommended. Jordan arrived within days of reaching out and he completed my project in one day. He completely re-lit my work shop w/ 10 LED light fixtures, 6- 110 V & 2-220 V outlets (all power was routed in rigid conduit raceways). I highly recommend LUX Illumination for any of your electrical needs. Jordan is one of the most knowledgeable professional and honest electricians around.

As a constructor specializing in high end remodeling, there is nothing more valuable than a sub-contractor that you trust 100% to do a great job. Of all the tradesmen that we use on our projects, Jordan always is the one that our clients refer to as “their favorite.” He is a great communicator and problem solver, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and his prices are always competitive. I know that when I call Jordan, he will respond immediately and do his absolute best to handle everything we throw at him. 5 stars isn’t enough!

If you are in need of an electrician look no further. Jordan does incredible work and quality is his number one priority. I had him install some smart switches as well as a bunch of outlets and other things and he was extremely helpful in sticking around to make sure everything worked to my satisfaction. He is very thorough and can customize and tailor any project to make your electrical and lighting dreams a reality.
I highly recommend you consider LUX Illumination for your next electrical project whether it be a remodel or a complete custom home, you won't be disappointed.

Jordan Williams has exceeded my expectations during his electrical work on my home remodel project. Even with added scope to his portion of the effort, he has always responded with a positive attitude and has been willing to stay late to complete necessary tasks for each day. His expertise and experience are quite evident as I have watched him work. He is also very pleasant and sociable in his demeanor and very customer oriented. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical support.

Jordan did the entire electrical work for our house remodel - and we can honestly say we were blown away not just by his amazing technical competence but his amazing attitude. He was always so pleasant and no task was too much for him. Everything turned out fantastic and his prices are very reasonable. He was punctual and whenever he deviated even a few minutes from his scheduled arrival time, he would call to apologize. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to recommend him - Jordan is fabulous!! You will not be disappointed.

Jordan did a great job. We remodeled our kitchen last year and I hired Jordan. We set up a time to meet and go over what we wanted. Jordan was very professional and set us up with some great lighting for our new kitchen. Highly recommended.

As a homeowner enjoying the lighting of our newly-remodeled home, we couldn't be happier. Jordan always showed an eagerness to collaborate on all of the unique requests we had. He consistently brought his knowledge and experience to everything we threw at him. His attention to detail suggested he was just as concerned about our home as we were. Finally, he was excellent in his communication and delivery. Jordan was simply awesome and we'll be appreciating his expertise for many years to come. Thank you, Jordan!

I couldn’t possibly recommend Jordan enough. As a designer in residential construction, I have worked with him on new homes, large remodels, small refresh projects, and even my own home renovation. Every project with Jordan is easy from start to finish. The quality of work is impeccable, his speed and reliability is unmatched in the industry, the finished work is beautiful, and on top of all that he is so kind and respectful. Simply put, he’s the best!

Jordan was awesome to work with! Was able to get to us quickly, addressed all our concerns, and made sure the job was done right. Will definitely use Black Out Electric for all our future electric needs!

Jordan, owner of LUX Illumination has been a pleasure to work with. He is so professional and always does a tremendous job. Being a general contractor myself I can't tell you how rare Jordan is. Honest, hard working and a good communicator. He's great at solving problems and I really appreciate his integrity. Whether the job has been small or big he has always given it 💯. The trades need more men like Jordan!

I had Jordan (Lux Illumination) install big SER cable inside my garage connecting to a new meter and my existing house. He came out to look at my project the very next morning. He worked with me on price and charged me the cost of components (he gave me a copy of the receipt) plus his hourly rate. He did excellent work, my electrical work passed inspection, and he is a very personable guy. I even had him do a hallway switch in my basement because I knew he would be fast. Working with him is like having a good friend do the work. Except this friend knows his stuff! Highly highly recommend Lux Illumination. He is my go to electrician

Jordan was phenomenal to work with. Immediately felt as though he was someone I could trust, and we became good friends. We have an older home, that brought old home challenges, throughout the remodel. Jordan was honest and open about the process, and communicated perfectly. 100 percent satisfied with his work.

Black Out Electric did the electrical for my new construction home. They were responsive, thorough, and reliable. Jordan walked through the house multiple times with us during the process to answer questions we had. He had some great suggestions that saved us money and future time. We had a very specific vision for what we wanted, and Black Out Electric delivered. I will use them for any electrical work I need done in the future.

We love working with Black Out Electric. Jordan is always on time, easy to communicate with and always does a great job on our projects. We recommend him for all electrical needs in your home or business.

Jordan is professional and friendly. He was always quick to email about his schedule, and he fixed two electrical problems in my house that happened last minute. My office lighting looks perfect now, thanks Jordan!
