This is my favorite cleaning company! They are quick and amazing with every inch of my house. We’ve had several Shiny Fresh Cleaning cleaners come since we’ve started using them, and all have been great to work with. The ladies do a wonderful job with our 2.5 bathrooms. It’s been so wonderful to have Shiny Fresh clean them so my husband and I can focus on juggling our other priorities that we can’t outsource. I will say that all the cleaners we’ve had come speak primarily Spanish and I speak a bit, so we’ve been able to discuss things fairly easily. Google translate has helped my non-Spanish speaking husband communicate with them when he’s needed to. Regardless of any language barriers, the ladies are professionals at what they do, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently. They are also considerate of the comings and goings of my children and are always friendly to them.

Coordinating schedules with Karen (always in English) is great and they’ve never missed a visit. When we had some feedback on our cleaning preferences, Karen was wonderful to work with - she listened to my concerns and suggested options on how to resolve them. Together we came up with a mutually acceptable way forward.
