We had an amazing experience with 1st American Plumbing, my heater wasn't working and even that I called on a Saturday they came pretty quick to solve our issue! He was very efficient and transparent ! We were happy that the fix it for us! We would %100 recommend it for your needs!

You sucked. It was not explained to me over the phone in detail until the employee got here. Your employee looked nothing like his photo you sent. He had a long beard and face was very thin the picture did not have a beard and face was full. So for 69.00 dollars he put his ear up to where you shut the water off in the basement then said he could not hear anything and for an additional 319.00 dollars he could check the house for the leak that did not include if something needed to be fixed. I said this was not explained to me over the phone. Turned his offer down to check the house. I was told 69.00 covered his gas and trip there. I had to pay. Buyers be ware. What a waste of money. Very unhappy.

We had Jon come out to help us and help us he did.
I was impressed from the first call to Nicole, I believe, to the final handshake with Jon.
We now have a new company we can rely on to take care of our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.
