Eric is always great to work with. he does a great job and is fair. I highly recommend him.

We had some issues with another contractor that left our house in a bad state, and Eric was able to straighten things out in a very short period of time.

The professionalism and quality of this company surpass any experience I’ve ever had with a contractor.
The dedication to detail,
Was amazing.

Eric was pleasant to work with, was extremely responsive and hired great sub contractors to get the job done.

I would recommend Eric and Von Construction to friends and family. Eric is very responsive and he is great to work with. I was impressed by his work and his willingness to make sure the job was done right.

My family has been using Von Construction for years on both our business and personal properties. There is no job to large for them and they always do fantastic work. They are a great group of guys that we will be happy to continue doing business with.

We had a list of miscellaneous home repairs needed in a short timeframe in order for our home sale to close. We had already moved out of state and needed someone we could trust to take care of everything in our absence. Eric and his team got the job done on time and under budget! Thanks!

I was unable to use my detached garage properly due to the poor condition of the original roofing. Von Construction was able to save me the cost of a standard tear-off while providing a waterproofed/insulated roof. This has allowed me to make full use of the garage space without worrying about leaks while also being noticeably warmer & cheaper to heat in the winter. Nothing lasts forever, so when it comes time for another roof or remodel project I plan on calling them back to help me again.

AMAZING. They replaced my damaged roof. The quality as well as the workmanship was excellent. The whole team helped me through the process. I would absolutely recommend them for any roof replacement or for that matter any construction.

I hired Von Construction to repair drywall, remove some cabinets and move some walls in my home and they did a beautiful job. They were great with communicating, respecting my property and working around problems that arose. Their work was just lovely and perfectly matched the pre-existing surroundings. I had to add some changes part way through the process and the changes were very reasonably priced and extremely well done. They are knowledgable, professional and very pleasant in every way. Highly recommend.

I recently hired Von Construction for a second time. On this project I did a mid-range upgrade of my kitchen to make it brighter and help it feel bigger as well as to complete a series of minor improvements and repairs around the house. The project manager was prompt throughout the week of work. He has a wide range of skills and excellent background in construction. All the work was performed professionally and to the promised level of excellence--including finishing details and cleanup. I will definitely hire Von Construction for future projects.

Eric and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. His price was more than reasonable and the quality of work was upstanding. They came and did the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves so that all that was left behind was a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend Von Construction for any job a person needs done. I found Eric to be very professional and honest. I will use Von Construction for all of my future projects as needed.

I'm very happy with the work they did for us. They came back quickly to fix a small problem and made sure that we were satisfied. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable in figuring it how to do work on an older home while minimizing any disturbance to the existing details. Would definitely use Von Construction again.

Von Construction did fabulous work on our kitchen/patio home project! Their communication was clear throughout the whole process. Eric has tons of experience which showed in his attention to detail and creative ideas! We are thrilled to start entertaining friends with our new passthrough window bar! Also super in love with our new pergola and siding.

We hired Von Construction for work on our older home, fully aware that older homes can present challenges. What we did not expect was an experience that stretched on for eight months and resulted in widespread issues we have since had to correct ourselves.

Throughout the project, there were significant concerns around workmanship, oversight, and communication. We repeatedly expressed that we wanted higher-quality materials and were willing to pay more, yet the products used did not align with those discussions. In several cases, materials appeared poorly stored and handled — including baseboards left outside in winter conditions for an extended period before being installed.

The work itself caused avoidable damage to walls and surrounding areas that was never repaired. Workspaces were frequently left dirty and disorganized, requiring us to clean up ourselves, and outdoor furniture was damaged during the course of the project without remediation.

Project supervision was inconsistent. Oversight on site was often minimal, and issues we raised were not effectively addressed. We repeatedly asked for grout and tile concerns to be corrected, yet those same tiles are now coming up, requiring further repairs.

Since the project ended, we have had to redo or repair nearly every portion of the work, costing us additional time, labor, and money beyond what we originally paid. What should have been a finished project became an ongoing series of fixes.

This experience was extremely stressful and disruptive, and far from what we expected when hiring a professional contractor. While we understand that older homes require flexibility and problem-solving, we also believe that clear communication, care for a client’s property, and quality execution are baseline expectations. We truly wish our experience had been different, but based on the outcome and the effort required to correct the work, we cannot recommend Von Construction.
