Loren removed a wounded skyrocket juniper and cleaned out the dead wood on two other trees. He was quick and tidy, and explained clearly what he was doing. I'll call him again.

Arbor Works provide the best tree service in Salt Lake City, UT and especially in Holladay, UT! They do everything perfect: tree trimming, removal, stump removal, everything, I highly recommend them for a good arborist!

I worked with Loren and he was very polite and professional. The work got done in a timely matter and was cleaned up nicely. They did a great job!!! And Loren has a killer beard! Two thumbs up.

Seemed like prices were high for the work performed. Made some obvious errors in their pruning. Workers smoked a lot while on the job. Could not get them to return the second year to take up where they left off. We went with another service and are happier.

Never responded to my phone calls or site forms for bids. It's been over a week. If they can't call you back, why bother with this company.

UPDATE: I was contacted about my initial review (1 star) and it appears that they attempted to contact me about the bid but could not get a hold of me. The phone # I provided was incorrect. They were sorry for the misunderstanding and I am very appreciative that they contacted me and told me what had happened. Great customer service and I'll go with them the next time I need tree services.

Estimate was free, done quickly and fairly. They came to do the work soon after, did a great job and left everything really clean. It was a simple procedure and didn't require much of my time at all. Great company to work with!

We recently had Arbor Works trim and prune our seven trees. They did a great job! We couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, knowledge base, and friendly service. Thanks guys!

These people are both dishonest and have poor communication. They told me that when they were going to remove the stumps that the ground would be flat, clear and ready to put down sod. In stead there were piles of dirt and saw dust on half of my lawn. I was even told I would be called before the guy came over and that did not happen. When I talked to them they said they were right and I was wrong. But I know what I heard when I asked the specific question. The salesman Loren is a bully who treats people like they are stupid. I would never in a million years recommend this company. I would not even give them one star if the system would allow it. Buyer beware.

Arbor works is by far the most ecologically knowledgeable service out there and I've had interactions with most. They go out of their way to serve not only their customers but their entire community. They aid in the growth of community gardens and have an excellent knowledge base. I love these guys!!!

Working with Arbor Works has been one of the most eye opening experiences I've had! Who could have guessed that SO much knowledge and attention to detail has to go into cutting, trimming or removing a tree, shrub, etc! The PASSION these men have for what they do is bar-none, the greatest in the industry. I'm so glad to work with them.

We needed quite a bit of tree and hedge work done as we are going to be putting our house up for sale and want it to look nice. The people who came were very helpful and easy to work with, In retrospect, they probably weren't aggressive enough in pruning things back, but since we wanted the property to look good for potential sale, they probably did the right amount--things don't look good if they are chopped way back--so they did what we asked for. We'll be happy to have them come again in the future here or at a new home.

Thanks for Loren and Arbor Works for my tree removal this morning. They doing a great job. The trees is so bigger and they only used less than 3 hours finished the job. The team is very professional.

We interviewed 3 companies before going with Arbor Works - not only was the bid the lowest, but they understood the job. Loren made wonderful suggestions and the whole crew worked incredibly hard to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. they even cleaned up :) We will use them again -- without question.
