Absolutely wonderful! I called for last minute assistance to make sure my gas and applicable gas appliances were turned on and running properly before I left for a vacation. Kristopher responded immediately eager to help and was at my residence within 20 minutes and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. I highly recommend absolute comfort for any HVAC related services. I cannot thank this team enough!!!!!!!

Had Brycen over for a furnace tune up. He was very polite, courteous and helpful. Fantastic company to go through for your furnace or air conditioning needs.

Tech called 15-20 minutes before arriving. He was on time he was professionally dressed. He put slippers on his shoes, not to drag dirt in the house did an excellent job was efficient, and it didn’t take very long to complete the service. Very pleasant young man.

Bryce and Ernesto arrived to put in our humidifier today. We have been looking forward to getting this done and are excited that we finally have it. These 2 guys arrived in the morning and got right to work. There was one water problem but not an error on their part at all. They handled it and got that all squared away, finished the install and explained the unit functions and everything to me. We are really happy to have this done and these guys were great.

Brycen was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems he got us up tuned up for the summer season. He suggested an attachment that would help our AC run more efficiently and last longer but wasn’t pushy into us doing it today. Thank you!

Our technician did a great job diagnosing our water heater issue. He fixed it without selling other repairs/services that were not required. He also did a thorough inspection of the water heater and made sure all aspects were functioning properly.

I had a new heat pump and furnace installed with Absolute Comfort today- Ernesto and Zack were absolute professionals coming in and out of the house, describing what changes they made in order to get the system to work, and cleaning up after the job. I am so impressed with the professionalism and how personable everyone was from the sales process to service.

They installed our new unit almost a year ago. My husband loved that they were straightforward, honest, and fair. They are always professional, polite and explain everything during their service checks. We are super happy with Absolute and would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with these guys. From the beginning, they were professional and knowledgeable. Tony and Justin came quickly and diagnosed the issue with my system and explained everything in plain language, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why.

The repair was done efficiently by Ernesto and Zach and with great attention to detail. They respected my home, cleaned up after themselves, and even gave me a few maintenance tips to help avoid future issues. Pricing was more than fair and beat out any of the other estimates we got. I was very thorough in my search for an HVAC company to replace my 30 year old system. I wanted Amana again because my old system was extremely reliable. Kristopher was the only one who spent the time to review every aspect of my system including return airflow capacity. He was also the only one who recommended a smaller capacity system. This concerned me, but he went over all the numbers with me and helped me to understand that the bigger systems were trying to move too much air through my ducts. My home is incredibly comfortable with the new system. It does not run any more than the old system did, and of course is much more efficient. The pricing on my system was also fair and reasonable. Their employees are professional and well trained and gave me answers to every question based documentation or research. I would recommend this company over any of the five other well known HVAC companies that I worked with. Hands down, I definitely made the right choice in selecting Absolute Comfort as my HVAC provider.

Brycen is a true professional. Showed care and concern from the moment he showed up to my house. Diagnosed the issue, explained it to me in detail on what it was, and fixed it. I forgot to mention I was stood up by another company 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up. The receptionist at Absolute Comfort cared about me, my family, and 3 dogs being in 80 degree heat since yesterday. They found a way to work the schedule and have Brycen come over in less than an hour. I am truly blown away by the outstanding service I received. Thank you very much Absolute Comfort!

We recently had a our furnace replaced and AC installed in our mobile home. Kristopher was very detailed in explaining what we were getting into. He broke down each component of the system and even brought samples of what they use in their installs.

Out of the 3 quotes we got, Kristopher was the only one who recommended a cheaper AC unit as higher efficiency units have no benefit with the way mobile homes are setup. With thorough research and great explanations by Kristopher, I'm confident that is indeed the case with mobile homes. His estimate was also the cheapest out of the 3 (All 3 included quotes with the same equipment that I ended up going with) and the final price matched the estimate.

The install went great as well, Jon and Ernesto were great to work with. They are knowledgeable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. After install, Jon gave a great walkthrough and explanation of the whole system.

I do want to note. If you're in a mobile home coming from a very old furnace, these newer furnaces have more powerful blower motors and are much louder. Which is out of Absolute Comfort's hands.

Absolute is great. Came to check on the system and made sure everything was working as is should. Made adjustments to optimize gas usage and replaced the filter. Their techs are knowledgable and professional.
