I have never done a review for a company before and it hurts my heart to do this but I cannot allow anyone to use this company. Troy came to our son’s house and said he needed a new A/C unit. After installing it still didn’t work for several weeks. We were so frustrated we called 2 other companies to get second opinions. They said they had never seen such shoddy work. So we went with another company to completely repair the install costing us several thousand dollars as he put in a unit too big for the home and the current duct work. We still haven’t gotten it working and have now learned the new unit he installed is shot and we have to do a new one. After multiple attempts to get a receipt for the unit as it should be under warranty, they refuse to return our calls. He told us several months before that the home needed a new furnace which we did per his recommendation. I am not sure I trust that the home needed that or a new A/C unit. I don’t trust anything anymore and this gentleman doesn’t have enough integrity to at least help us return a unit that is under warranty. My son has been in a home all summer with temps over 100 degrees and we have spent over $5000 to get it to work. We depend on experts and trust them when they say what needs to be fixed as they are supposed to be honorable. I wish I had that experience with this company.
