Came here and had the employee say, when they were preparing to load the car “you gonna come help load, or just stand around and be eye candy for your dad?”

Completely disrespectful and I would avoid this place.

Very helpful if you catch the right person. Had some difficulty getting answers that made sense from a younger girl and an older guy. But two others are always more than accomodating. Good prices with free delivery available.

My AC was on the fritz. I was hoping that it was just a capacitor. I went to a competitor up the street and he barely gave me the time of day and said he didn't think that they carried that. That was as much as I got from him. He couldn't even just check to see if they carried it. So I went to Platt electric supply. They were open at 6:30 in the morning which was great. I was greeted by two very friendly guys who instantly knew exactly what it was I wanted and knew that they carried it and within minutes I was walking out of the store with my new, reasonably priced capacitor. These guys were very friendly and very accommodating. I have already told a few people of the experience I had there and it has only been a few hours. By the way it WAS the capacitor and I had my AC up and running within the hour. Thanks to the professionals at Platts!

I've come here a couple of times for supplies when I'm doing electrical projects around the house. I know nothing about electrical work, and these guys have always been super helpful and knowledgeable in making sure I get the right supplies. Way better than going to one of the big box stores for electrical stuff.

Called to see if they had the parts I needed. They did, had them pulled and ready at the counter. Great customer service!! I needed them in a hurry and the really helped me out. Fantastic Staff!!

I've called three times and got the machine, left messages, and have yet to hear back. The last time I called was over a month ago. Apparently they have enough business that they don't need to answer their phones or return their messages. What a joke of a company.

Had someone come out to get a quote for some work in my basement. After a very cursory and uninspiring visit, I was told I would receive an estimate the following day. A week later, no estimate and this business isn’t returning calls. Complete waste of time.
