We called Reese's Air Duct Cleaning at 3 pm and he arrived at our home same day at 5 pm to clear a drier venting issue. Discovered the vent had been the wrong product and had been installed upside down by the Townhome builder, thus creating a total blockage and rendering our drier nearly useless. Ryan Reese was on the spot and freed our vent within the hour. Excellent service! We highly recommend his services for a great value and timely support.

Hands down these guys are SOLID. We had a family of birds move into our kiddos bathroom air vent. I am not exaggerating when I say I reached out to 5-6 different companies (Air duct cleaners, bird preservations, pest control, etc) before someone on my neighborhood page recommended Reese’s. Not only did they respond pretty quick, but they sent Jordan out the same day, took care of the birds and ALL of our vents, and had the cheapest options as well. AMAZING. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

He came in the week before the project and walked me through everything that was going to happen - worst case scenario. Ryan Reese was super busy with his schedule. However, he made time to perform the dryer vent cleaning (both floors) of our home within 2 days of contacting him. The work was performed in minimum time, replacing both of our current dryer vent hoses and cleaning out the lines and the dryers themselves. Ryan was very professional and informative while performing this task.

Ryan also gave some future tips for preventative maintenance and gave our family a military discount for the job itself.

We highly recommend Reese’s vent cleaning! They are thorough, reliable, and communicate quickly. We had birds get in to our attic and bathroom vent. Ryan got back with us quickly after we reached out and got out to our house next day. He also recommended putting guards on all of our vents outside to prevent this issue from happening again. We did have a bird that got down in to our vent and couldn’t be seen to be removed with the rest of the nest, but Ryan came right back out to check on it and ended up going through our attic to get it. Even though we had already paid to have this work done, we were still treated as a priority when we followed up to come back out, which we really appreciated! Thank you Reese’s vent cleaning!

I would give more stars if available. Ryan was excellent! Called on Monday evening and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday morning! He came and was extremely helpful. my dryer vent had a lot of work, and he went out of his way to fix everything. i know is going to sound sad, but it was a really nice surprise to find someone like Ryan and his excellent customer service. 10/10 i recommend. Will be calling him every year from now on. thank you, Ryan!
