Replacing AC Units is almost always a crisis. However, the experience has been pleasurable. Every young man has been kind, professional, informational and made this harrowing experience very comfortable for my husband and I. I will recommend Just Right to everyone I know, without reservation.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had a great experience with Just Right. Purchased a new AC from JR. After comparing several companies, Just Right was not the cheapest, but offered a great warranty and service plan. They were great thru the whole process. Not high pressure at all, Greg was great at offering me options that worked for my size of home & what I could afford. Their installations techs were AWESOME! Shout out to Daniel, Gage, Mike, & Luke. They were clean, hard working, respectful and great at communicating with me. They spent a lot of time in a blazing attic and never once complained among themselves or to me. I’ve had a completely different experience with another hvac company, where the techs were sloppy, messy, loud and crass. And Just Right showed up, on time, for every appt.

I loved the service I received from HVAC Utah. Tony (the sales rep) took the time to explain every detail of what the company had to offer and the rationale behind the recommended product. He didn't pressure me into anything and made me feel comfortable with the time I needed to make my decision. When I decided to proceed with a new furnace and central air, we received service quickly and efficiently. Everyone involved with this company was very professional and friendly.

I had both our furnace and gas fireplace serviced by HVAC Utah. What a great experience! The technician was very professional in every aspect. He spent a lot of time on both the furnace and fireplace. It had been a long time since we had our fireplace serviced and the tech spent extra time cleaning and making sure it was functioning properly at no extra cost. This company does exactly what they say they are going to do. It was a great experience.

From the start Just Right HVAC felt right after I met with Vaughn (sales), he understood what I was looking for and kept discussion around what he believed were my best options. Decided on a 15 seer 2 AC w a 80,000 btu furnace within our budget at a fair price.
Brady & team our installers were on time and prepared to get to work. Kept house clean and tools organized on top of protective floor covering. System is in the attic, which has a few tight spots to get the old and new system through. Brady took the time to make a plan how to move equipment through the tight space without damaging equipment or house. New system install looks great much better than original setup. They made sure area was left clean, they even vacuumed floors at the end.
I am happy with decision to use Just Right for our new 4 ton 15 seer2 AC & Trane 80,000 btu furnace with ECM air handler.

Greg was thorough and patient in responding to my questions so I could select the best option. He responded promptly several times when I had follow up questions prior to installation. The installation crew were careful, efficient and knowledgeable and didn’t leave till they had thoroughly explained what they had done and responded to all the questions I had. I would be confident in using Just Right Heating & Cooling for future maintenance and installs needs.

Super happy with Just Right, they provided prompt service, excellent communication and customer service and provided all the options to resolve our HVAC issue. I would highly recommend them.

I have used this business twice now this year . Once for my AC and once for my heating.
I have never had such good customer service. These people really seem to care and want to make things easier and better for you.
Zachary was so nice. He had been working all day and had more to do after me. He didn’t complain. He stayed upbeat. Was friendly and caring. He was efficient and trained well and skilled to do my repairs and give me some piece of mind. Even after telling me they couldn’t come out, Zachary made the effort to come to Park City down to Clinton at 9:30 at night. So grateful for these guys and their willingness to help and serve me. For sure I would recommend Zachary and the whole team again.

We have been very impressed with Just Right. They always treat us with the utmost professionalism and care. Their work is top notch. Trey installed a new furnace for us today and he arrived on time, dealt with some unforeseen setbacks, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Excellent experience.

Daniel is a very professional tech. He installed a furnace and air conditioner, replacing a very old system. There were several complications that came up and Daniel took care of all of them. He made sure the new system was up and running before he left. He was here about 9 am and didn’t leave until 10:30 pm. He is a talented and very good person to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for anyone.

Ian did a great job. He arrived right when I was told he would, and he took the time he needed to find the problem with our AC and fixed it. I've had bad experiences in the past with other companies, but I really felt like I could trust him. I am very happy with the service, and the price was very fair as well. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Super happy customer, keep up the great work!

Just Right did an amazing job with our fireplace. They were prompt, communicative, and most importantly, kind. They not only fixed the fireplace but won the adoration of my 1 year old twin grand babies.

This company was amazing! First we had Kurt who came to see if he could fix our furnace. He was so nice and honest. We decided to call for a quote since we our furnace was on its last leg. They sent Tom who was amazing! He was fast and only showed us what we really needed, instead of trying to over sell us. Then Carver and Daniel came for the installation. They two were fantastic. They were fast, efficient, on time, and they cleaned up so nicely when they were done. If you need a new furnace installed or AC unit, I would use this company and ask for Carver and Daniel specifically. Such great service. Thank you!

Please give them a raise and a company car, preferably a Porsche or a Corvette. They deserve it.

I am a repeat customer for a reason! Just Right sent out a technician the same day to evaluate our heating issue. Turns out we needed to replace our 20 yr old furnace. Less than 48 hrs later the Install team, Trey and Todd, arrived first thing in the morning and worked through the day, even skipping lunch, to finish the job - a 10 hr complicated install! They were both skilled workers, as well as, polite, friendly and communicated effectively as the job progressed. I would highly recommend Just Right for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service from the entire team - Jeremy, Jordan, Todd and Trey! My family is grateful to have confidence in our new furnace this Winter!

Just Right showed up when they said they would, charged what we thought was a fair price, respected that I work from home during the install, and walked us through the new furnace and thermostat upon completion. Robert (sales), Trey, and Jace (install) were great to work with and we would recommend them to people we like. The process didn’t seem like I was dealing with a used car sales person like has been my experience in the past.

Very honest company to deal with. Jim Blair (Salesman) came out to give me a quote on installing new Furnace and A/C unit. I asked for quote due to another HVAC company recommended that my system was near end of life and had some issues. Jim came out to quote new system but after evaluating my system his recommendation was that replacement was not necessary. He did give a quote but recommended a maintenance and cleaning of coil to keep the system operating for many more years. It was refreshing to have such an honest and open conversation. I really felt valued as a customer. Thank You Jim for your honest evaluation.

Just Right has the best customer service! During our inspection of our furnace, it was discovered that we had a crack that could possibly lead to CO2 release. Instantly our service guy, Scott, shut down our furnace and let us know that we would need a new furnace. In just a few hours, a comfort professional came to our home to figure out which furnace would be our best option. He looked for every discount he could possibly give us too! We then got an appointment for the very next morning to install our new furnace. We only had to go one night without heat! What a blessing, especially since the temps went below freezing. Just Right took care of everything with quality technicians that did everything perfectly. We are so happy with how we were taken care of and were made a top priority to get our furnace replaced. Thank you Just Right! We are now comfy and cozy 😀

Wow! Couldn't be more impressed with this company! We had a very old system that we didn't know was leaking carbon monoxide. They found the leak on a routine inspection in the afternoon and then had installers here to replace the system the next morning! Now everything is working great and we're warm and comfortable.

Everyone we dealt with was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful.

Again, I can't emphasize enough how pleased we are with this company!
