Replacing AC Units is almost always a crisis. However, the experience has been pleasurable. Every young man has been kind, professional, informational and made this harrowing experience very comfortable for my husband and I. I will recommend Just Right to everyone I know, without reservation.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had a great experience with Just Right. Purchased a new AC from JR. After comparing several companies, Just Right was not the cheapest, but offered a great warranty and service plan. They were great thru the whole process. Not high pressure at all, Greg was great at offering me options that worked for my size of home & what I could afford. Their installations techs were AWESOME! Shout out to Daniel, Gage, Mike, & Luke. They were clean, hard working, respectful and great at communicating with me. They spent a lot of time in a blazing attic and never once complained among themselves or to me. I’ve had a completely different experience with another hvac company, where the techs were sloppy, messy, loud and crass. And Just Right showed up, on time, for every appt.

I loved the service I received from HVAC Utah. Tony (the sales rep) took the time to explain every detail of what the company had to offer and the rationale behind the recommended product. He didn't pressure me into anything and made me feel comfortable with the time I needed to make my decision. When I decided to proceed with a new furnace and central air, we received service quickly and efficiently. Everyone involved with this company was very professional and friendly.
