I called Mountain Home Service because they have helped me in the past. I was being irritated by the chirping of a Smoke Detector, but couldn’t identify which one. A technician came and quickly found the offending detector. He checked and found that they all were guaranteed for ten years and coincidently had been replaced 10 years ago! I made the decision to have them all replaced. I will sleep better knowing that the smoke detectors are all reliable and will no longer be chirping. The technician was polite, helpful, and knowledgable. I will call Mountain Home Service again when I have need for a knowledgeable technician and a reliable company.

James Hill and his partner did a great job installing my HVAC system. He was promt, courteous, and efficient. I learned a lot about the system during the installl. Home Depot handled the appointment and financing while Mountain Home did the work. Dylan Smuin was helpful on the sales side and gave me great information and was very helpful in getting everthing set up for the next day and walking the financing through. I am pleased with the cost and speed of getting my heat and cooling back online and home depot 36 month interest free financing. This was 5k less than the other quotes I received. After 2 sleepless warm nights with no AC I'm looking forward to a cool restful night tonight.

Jason was excellent. He took the time to explain the issues and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and did a nice job of installing the water heater, expansion tank, and pressure relief valve.
Mountain Home Services overall were very responsive. I made initial contact in the afternoon and Jason came to the house later that same day. He replaced the water heater the next morning. The old water heater had started leaking and I had concerns the leak would get worse and cause damage soon. Thanks to their quick service, no damage to my house or belongings occurred.
