I needed a plumber to replace a broken hose bib, so I gave City Creek a call. They responded quickly and were able to have a plumber come right over to help me out. They were professional, knowledgeable and the repair was done quickly at a decent price. I’ll be using them again for my any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

City Creek was referred to me by my daughter who had three plumbing emergencies in a very short time. When I called, I had to leave a message which was returned within an hour or less. The dispatcher said he could have a guy here at my house within a couple of hours. That was the case. Carter arrived assessed the situation, told me what to expect and then went to work. The new water heater was installed within a couple of hours. I thought I was headed for a cold shower, but thanks to City Creek Plumbing. I will have a wonderfully warm shower on the same day that I discovered my water heater had gone out. Thank you, City Creek Plumbing!

A million compliments to City Creek's technician Carter, who arrived when promised ON THE SAME MORNING, and did an incredible job replacing our water heater. He was professional, friendly, fast, and still very mindful of making sure everything was safe. A neighbor recommended CC, and I'm not surprised to find tonight that there are so many 5-star reviews, including others' compliments for Carter.

On top of his efficiency and service, the price was even cheaper than what other companies quote for a new water heater, including companies that wouldn't send someone out for a few more days. He didn't do the upselling that I've seen with other places. He mentioned that he could come that quickly because they prioritize hot water heaters, because it's a big deal for people, and otherwise City Creek might lose the sale. Well, City Creek definitely has our business from now on.

Asked for a quote to install bathtub, shower toilet, and sink plumbing. Bathtub got delayed so I had to delay them doing the work. In the mean time I needed two 1/2” water lines extended 3 feet in an open ceiling basement and then cap them off. Easy work and only took them 30 minutes of work. $235 was the invoice amount they randomly made up.

When I asked why it was so much they gave me a guilt trip that they have to pay all of their bills and their time on the job is not all I am paying for. The claimed they installed 185+ parts, but the truth was they installed 12 or so parts. I paid the bill as it was not worth arguing with them. But just know that their plumber was great. Their billing lady needs better customer service skills.

We loved loved loved working with City Creek. Ashley was so kind and responsive. He also was very supportive of my ideas for finishing our basement and made it all happen. Kelly was also so great to address problems and had great options for solutions. Truly they both went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.

Prompt service at a reasonable price. They didn’t play games or require coupons, and they were able to replace our water heater the very next day. I would definitely recommend them.

Kelly helped us with a water leak in our ceiling. He arrived within minutes of us calling and was very kind and professional. He fixed the pipe, and the owner, Ashley referred us to a good water damage company.

It was a tough job considering hard water damage to the fixtures which made the replacement pretty difficult but Kelly (if I remember the name correctly) was able to do it without any frustration. My 20 year old water heater went out Wednesday. I’ve fixed it before, but this time he was dead, and I couldn’t bring him back to life. Called Ashley at 9:30 pm. The man was at my doorstep in the middle of a snowstorm (no excuses) at 8:30 am the next day. Provided solid consultation, no pressure sales, drained the old ones, ran and got the parts, installed the new one, hauled off the old ones, home for lunch. Seriously. He was out the door by 11:30. The guy does everything himself, thus has low overhead costs, and passes on savings to the customer. Everything you like: good dude, quick service, cleaned up well, good communication. Nothing you hate: no gimmicks, no pressure, no drama, no excuses, no guilt. Five stars.

Scheduling a water heater replacement was incredibly easy. I received a quote within 10 minutes and the water heater was replaced the next morning. Highly recommend!

Our technician Kelly was very experienced and explained every step of the project. Enjoyed the conversation and he did a superb job. I will be calling him back on future jobs. The price was also responsible, not like some who take advantage of you.

I called about a failed saddle valve at 10:30am. (It was a slow drip. Not a huge emergency, but stressful!) Three hours later, I have a new, much better valve. So grateful for quick service!

Had a disposal replaced. Ashley was very responsive in setting up the appointment and keeping me informed of their schedule.
