Tyce was very prompt to our appt and was professional, knowledgable, efficient and personable as I asked many questions. He scoped our drains to identify what was causing our issues and showed us the debris in our pipes before cleaning the drains. Great experience today! When our water heater failed, they had someone out within an hour of our phone call, and gave a better price quote than the other quote I had. Our thoughtful and skilled installers got everything installed by noon the next day! Great service!

We had a horrible experience with another plumbing company, so called Utah Valley Plumbing. They sent out Jackson and he fixed everything the other company did wrong and even gave us the hot water the others said we couldn't get without a flush. And the price was a lot less too. Thanks to Jackson and Utah Valley Plumbing for saving our day and our wallet. Most honest company we have met in a while.

Came over to my business within an hour of calling and went straight to troubleshooting. After Mark left, my staff and I were all talking about how we understood why Utah Valley Plumbing has almost exclusively 5-star reviews!

Colin was courteous and prompt. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the kitchen faucet in a timely manner.

First of all, they checked in to see if they can come early than expected, which worked out great since I was home. Second, Jackson took care of the job very quickly and was very pleasant! This is hands down the best experience I've had with a plumber and plan to reach out again in the future!

We needed a hot cold outdoor faucet replaced in our garage.
Tyce was on time. Very professional. Gave us a estimated price. And let us know that the estimate could change as he got into our project depending on what he found, so we were not surprised. It fortunately didn't have to change but he was very honest. Job was done in the alloted time and done so well. We would recommend and use this Utah Valley Plumbing again.

They were able to come out the same day I needed them without any kind of emergency charge. Cleaned out my completely clogged kitchen sink drain with and electric snake that my regular snake couldn't handle. They snaked through 50 feet of pipe just to be sure everything was clear and they ran some thrift through drain to make sure there wasn't any residue. They made sure we didn't have leaks and they cleaned up after themselves. Great service and they didn't ask me to sign up for any kind of service plan like some others do. Would highly recommend Utah Valley Plumbing!

Always fair pricing and good work, never tries to sell unneeded services, really the best plumber I've ever used.

The team was great to work with and had good communication throughout. The technician was polite and professional. Although transparent and upfront with the pricing (I believe $289 flat pricing for up to 90 minutes of drain clearing and $100 per half-hour afterwards), in hindsight this seems high after seeing competitors offer considerably lower prices (although I can't speak to actual costs or 'fine print' of those offers). For reference, the kitchen sink drain was cleared in 38 minutes (start to finish).

We have had two great experiences with Utah Valley Plumbing!! Mark was quick to come out and help us figure out the plumbing and HVAC for a laundry room remodel. He saved us thousands of dollars by suggesting we put the laundry in a better location than we were originally planning. On a different occasion, he came to our house for a plumbing emergency. He had the problem solved quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

Tyce was a life saver! We were lost in a store and unable to find the correct connector pieces for our toilet. Tyce was behind us in line and overheard us and the store clerk defeated. He went out of his busy day to help get us the correct piece and set us up! Efficient and great customer service. He went out of his way to help us when he totally didn’t need too.

They diagnosed, and quickly fixed, a leak happening from my main drainage pipe. Despite having to cut out part of the wall in my coat closet to replace the pipe, it was still a clean and efficient process and didn't take long at all. It took a bit to find out exactly where the leak was coming from, and they were kind and told me I didn't have to pay for part of it because the first fix test wasn't the actual cause. That's fantastic customer service and good business. Highly recommend their services!
