Reviews of local pros in Midway, Utah

The homeowners association of which I am president hired Berg to take a look at our property and make recommendations on how to handle the roughly 700 mature trees on our property. We wanted to remove trees that were potentially causing damage to foundations or roofs, but still maintain the beauty of our complex. We were delighted with the outcome - they furnished a solid, affordable plan for us, complete with excellent graphical guidance. We've been implementing the plan they devised, and are very happy with the results. Good people, easy to work with, professional, affordable - we like the whole package and are happy to give them high marks on their work.

Berg Landscape Architects did a fabulous job designing the yard for our Heber home. They were delightful to work with--so attentive to details, always punctual, great at following through, and we ended up with a finished product that is excellent quality and so beautiful. We would definitely heartily recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Berg Landscape Architects. I had a big and somewhat unusual project. They jumped right in, did an excellent job, and charged me a very fair price. They also referred me to several good landscapers for the installation. I am implementing the plan now and it looks great. I recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Berg Landscape Architects and are very happy with the result. We were in a rush to complete a design so that we could have our landscaping start before winter and Carl went out of his way to help us complete it in time while also adding his experstise to the design.

Carl and his team were wonderful to work with. Beautiful plans! I highly recommend them.

Darci @Berg Landscape Architects is Awesome! She met with us on our design and took the little pieces in our head and made them into a dream landscape! I was so impressed with what she came up with and my landscape company was thankful to have a full plan laid out from the start. Using our tastes and desires she picked out plants that work perfect in our area and we get compliments on a daily basis from people walking by. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

We highly recommend working with Berg Landscape Architecture. They did an excellent job designing our backyard., and through their 3-D renderings we were able to visualize what our project would look like. Their work was very detailed. They were good at communicating with us and made our vision a reality. They referrred us to a landscape contractor who did an excellent job.

My experience with Berg Landscape Architects was great in every way. Timely initial meetings on site and timely deliverable. They have good experience and are creative with their designs unique to your project. They use the latest technology as they assess and prepare the detailed design. That design was easily understood by the landscapers and was the reference template answering a lot of questions the landscaper might have. Berg knowledgeable about plants and had great recommendations. I would certainly use them again.

Carl and Darci were able to put our vision on paper and the contractor was able to make it a reality from the plans. Highly recommend!

Berg Landscape Architectures are fantastic! They’re so competent, professional and adaptable. They truly caught onto our style quickly and leveled us up! They’re amazing to work with: warm, friendly, like family, and respond promptly and thoroughly. We couldn’t have done our new home without their perspectives, plans and detailed insights.

We have used Berg Landscape Architects on multiple luxury homes that we have built. Their suggestions and designs have been excellent. When we change our minds or when questions or comments are received from planning and building offices Carl and his staff respond quickly to make and submit changes. We can highly recommend Berg Landscape Architects.

Carl Berg is easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and is a wealth of information on greenhouses for the wasatch back. I’m excited to see our Tuhaye landscape come together with Carl’s expertise.

My experience with Berg Landscape Architects has been very positive.
Carl and Zach have been quick to respond to our questions and made several site visits. Their input was always well thought out and executed. They drew up the plans and were willing to make any changes that we needed with great attitudes. They do great designs!

Super impressed! Their knowledge, experience, and use of technology (especially the drone!) made the whole process seamless. The drawings and plans were top-notch, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Berg Lanscape was great. Both Carl and Bryan were super responsive, very professional, and patient during a design process we had with them. Reasonable price as well. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Our company has worked with Carl and his team for years and will continue to do so.

We build custom homes and often landscape design is overlooked or just thrown together without much thought. Berg’s plans always come to us detailed with thorough scopes and creativity. Incredibly happy with their communication and their final product!

Berg Landscape Architects did our HOA space. Approx. Three acres very neglected space by the creek. They flew drone over the space. Superimposed our Plat so we had the boundaries locked. Added plantings that will survive in a native area without irrigation. Berg is the architect. They do not install so no conflict of interest. When you’re planning to spend a lot of HOA money over several years to turn a neglected area into something people can walk and exercise dogs in, need a plan to sell to owners. Something more than the board members thinking a few trees here will work …😳What Berg produced works. Something even the most picky owner can get into. For us … this works. We’re putting in the road to rear Sept. Remainder will stage over two or three years.

Berg Landscape Architects created the original landscape design for our new home in Promontory when we designed the home in 2022. The design was just what we communicated and passed Promontory's review with flying colors (not an easy task). Construction on our home was recently completed and we contacted Berg to make a few changes to the original plan. Carl stepped in promptly and was very helpful in updating our plan, even though it had been over 2 years since our last conversation. It was a pleasure to work with Carl and his team. We're very happy with the landscape plan they created for us. Bill and Linda Allen

I exclusively refer my clients to Berg Landscape Architects. We have collaborated with them for several years, and they consistently deliver exceptional, beautifully executed designs. Their team is professional, approachable, attentive, and highly creative. I have complete confidence in their work, and I’m certain you won’t be disappointed

Carl Berg and Bryan Nicholas were amazing to work with on our Golden Eagle project. It's very rare in the construction document world to have one, maybe two revisions and approve a plan. However, miracles are possible and Bryan and Carl nailed the design, the plant selection, everything. We're very excited to see this project come to fruition in the coming year or two.

Berg Landscape Architects really understood the vision I had for my backyard space and delivered a beautiful plan that needed only minor adjustments. Working with Carl and Adam was a very positive experience.
