Re: Their "several attempts" at follow up was the receipt (which literally had two items. Didn't even list what was cleaned. And one email where they told me since I hadn't contacted them in a timely manner, they couldn't come back to clean or refund me. I had had MAJOR SURGERY and wasn't able to follow up immediately after. Things not cleaned in this "spring cleaning:" blinds, ceiling fan, kitchen garbage can, oven, and lamps. They also didn't completely vacuum the floor and the kitchen floor still had one stain they didn't mop. After complaining, they refunded $35. Wow. Use if you want to spend $400 for a basic cleaning when the new place I found charges $85
OG review: At first look, I loved this service. The ladies were friendly and my apartment looked so great and clean! However, I noticed that some of the dusting had been missed and a couple places weren't vacuumed. That was fine. Until I got my bill. $400 for a "spring cleaning" (a bill that was not itemized) that missed my ceiling fan and a lamp, behind my breadbox, dusting, and only the inside of my two-pane windows. They didn't clean the oven because it wasn't dirty, but I was still charged for this.
This was noticed over the course of a week as I had major surgery and was resting for a few days after the cleaning. Then I was told I'd waited too long. So only go with these people if you can get an exact price beforehand.

On time and got the job done quickly. They had to move my stuff up several flights of stairs at 7,500 ft. elevation…not easy but they made it look easy!!
