My experience overall has been very pleasant while meeting all expectations. Thank you Tuck!

Great job, Mitch. I’m blown away.

Best in state for a reason! I’ve worked with several Landscape companies and no one compares. If you’re looking for a show room ready Landscape, look no further.
-
Honest and dependable company. I am very impressed I would refer any company or residential landscaping needs you have to Tuck. You will not regret it.

What a great group! Responsive and professional, Mitchell is great

Tailgating and reckless driving on an interstate on December 2nd, 2020 at 2:12pm is unacceptable and a very poor representation of your company. Obviously you believe your poor excuse of a life is more important then others and their valuable lives. Sad case for a company!!!!

Workers will damage your property, then lie about it and they will leave trash and debris on your neighbors property.
I may improve this review if they ever return my phone calls and make remedies to the problem. So far, they have not. -
They do the landscape maintenance for our HOA, The community has been around for just a couple of years. The grass is dead or dying throughout the community, the shrubs are never trimmed and over grown, weeds are everywhere and the ground cover bark is all over the place. When they mow the lawn the height is cut very inconsistently with patches that don’t get cut.
Having owned a landscape company in Phoenix for a few years, this type of service would not be acceptable work and I would fire every one that does the work. If I had any say I would find a different company to do our landscape maintenance. -
Please trust the reviews. Do not do business with DANA she is not 100 % honest. They sub work and mark it up to the client 30% If you purchase plant materials they doubly the price. I would never ever hire the maintenance company. Go somewhere else

Reckless driving, disregard for traffic laws, on the phone not hands-free looked to be texting. Overall unsafe driving overall. Based on their driving, I would never feel safe inviting them to my house because I would not feel comfortable being the reason they are on the road!

Play close attention to their contracts. Our condo community hired them a year ago and turns out they snuck in an "hourly" clause to their work (in addition to charging additional fees throughout the year) which they conveniently said they used up before they were supposed to do the fall cleaning, after we gave them notice we weren't interested in renewing the contract. Besides that, just poor work in general.

I had a good experience working with this company. Mitch was very responsive and accommodating.

Not professional at all they broke my fountain that I paid 400 dollars for. They lied to my face and told me that it was already broken when they got there. They Did not clean up after themselves. I found 2 beer bottles in my back yard when they left. And I dont drink. Never going back to this company

They did a pretty decent job for me last year and was charging me $60 per week to mow my lawn, which seemed okay at the time. All of a sudden this year they wanted me to sign a contract for $110 a week for mowing my lawn. I said no way and found someone who does a better job than them for $40 per week. You would think with this economy prices would be going down but with these guys the doubled. I will not use them again. They are overpriced compared to many other landscpaing services.

Tuck Landscape is great for your full service landscape needs. I got to work with Chris who helped figure out a design for our budget. Then the friendly landscape crew came out and did a wonderful job installing. The attention to detail was so great.

I worked with Tuck for a couple of months. We got a bid from them to mow the lawns in our HOA. Their bid was high but we decided to have them do the work anyway, we felt they would do a good job.
They came out in the winter to do some tree trimming and remove some pipes for us. We paid them half up front and they came out and did the tree trimming but didn't want to trim the deciduous trees in the winter. Fair enough. They were going to finish the trimming when it warmed up. We hadn't signed a contract so a couple of weeks ago I asked them to come out and discuss the mowing and finish the tree trimming and pipe removal. They came out and met with me.
Well, now we have 1/2 of our trees trimmed, they came and cut up one of the pipes so the lid won't fit anymore but didn't finish that job (they could have done that even when it was cold).
They sent us a new bid and almost doubled their price for summer maintenance since we hadn't signed a contract yet. We definitely will not have them do the work and don't even want them to complete the work they only half completed.
I am very disappointed with them and I would not recommend them. -
I have worked with Tuck Landscaping for years. Between their landscaping and snow removal, I have loved working with them and the services they provide. If I ever have a concern they are very responsive, timely and super helpful.

Swerving all over the road cutting off cars to get ahead a few seconds. 9000s 6pm Oct 29th. Ford tiny truck.

Friendly reliable service. They respond to our requests quickly.
Our yard and gardens were a mess before we changed to Tuck. Now it looks much better. -
helped elevated my space and made it look extravagant without going over the top. The communication was awesome and mitch was in touch with me on every bit. Highly recommend

Avoid Tuck at all costs. They outsource jobs to unreliable and flaky contractors. They’ll charge you up front, not meet deadlines or flat out just ghost you, and then it’s a finger pointing contest between them and their outsourced folks when you request a refund where they make you, the customer, out to be the one to blame. It’s been over 100+ days to just get drawings for a basic backyard landscaping job, still no drawings, and they’re refusing a refund. All I’ve gotten to this point for my $3,000 is a lecture from their main office lady who blamed the outsourced contractor, Troy, and then blamed me for being frustrated. This place should be exposed by Get Gephardt.
