My carpet was installed incorrectly according to Shaw carpets. The carpet was piled in every room. When Mr. Martin came to give me a bid I expressed my concern that it was a total loss. He went through every room, explained how he would fix the issues and what furniture would need to be moved. He blew the competition out of the water coming in at 1/3rd the price of my highest bid. He came the next day on time and spent about 6 hours perfecting each room. The results were astonishing! He took carpet that I thought was a total loss and made it like new again. Well done and thank you!

Called Shane on a Friday afternoon for a carpet repair and he was there at 9 Saturday Morning. Prompt, friendly service and excellent work done at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! I had a small carpet patch that I needed to fix very quickly and they were able to come in the same day and make the problem go away. The results look great and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Our carpet is 14 years old and we need it to last a few more years. We have a U shaped hallway with 5 door openings. Shane was able to work his carpet stretching magic to make it smooth and tight again. He also fixed a hole and stretched out two more bedrooms. Shane was easy to communicate with, on time, and definitely experienced in his trade. We are so pleased with his work and will not hesitate to call him for any future carpet repair needs.

I had to pull up about 250 square feet of carpet to fix holes in my subfloor and I paid Shane, Martin Carpet Repair, to put the carpet back and stretch it because it needed to be stretched before I pulled it up and I cannot be happier with his work, he definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him for any of your carpet needs. I will definitely use him for cleaning also.

Our carpet has been plagued by ripples ever since it was installed by a clown who, with the benefit of hindsight, had no idea what he was doing. We've had it stretched a couple of times since and the ripples always came back. We called Shane and several others for estimates; Shane's bid was competitive and he was the friendliest by some distance. He arrived right when he said he would and spent the whole day hard at work. He tirelessly addressed every concern, explained every issue and eliminated every ripple. He was well-equipped, very careful to clean up after himself and we'd hire him again in a second.

We had a flooding issue with mud involved in the flooding. Got the padding replaced and carpet re-set and a general cleaning done in the whole place. Amazing service, got everything that we needed fix fixed. Will totally hire again for general cleaning

After two (2) years and 5 carpet stretches from various other companies we still had 3 large wrinkles in our family room carpet.

We called Shane and he came out the next day. After he investigated further he said the main problem wasn't that the carpet needed stretching, it was from underneath the carpet. We found out the pad wasn't any good and was bunching up underneath.

Shane pulled up our carpet in 2 easy fast steps and put down a new pad then folded the carpet back over secured, tightened, and smoothed it down making sure it looked perfect again. Problem solved! No more wrinkles!!

Shane is awesome and did an amazing job. He's courteous. knowledgeable, experienced and very skilled with attention to detail. Also the price was very reasonable.

Shane did a fantastic job. He showed up on time for my carpet restretching. And he made my day when he informed me he could also clean the stains out of the carpet from a massive plant watering disaster. The carpet looks brand new. I wish I had before pictures of the brown, yellow, black staining from the plant matter. But the after picture is beautiful. Thanks Shane!

I had called around for multiple quotes as I wanted great pricing but also quality. I received information without having to ask but I do believe this is dependent on project to project. When he showed up, he was on time, informative, walked through his process, confirmed and went over pricing. I was recommended products that were trusty to him not sold through the company so I didn’t feel I was being up charged. He got straight to work and my carpet looks brand new again. I hired Shane for retrenching and cleaning. Should I ever need services again he will be the one I call and even recommend. Very impressed and professional!
