I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a GC, and home remods/repairs or general building of any kind-res or industrial. They are precise, ethical and really fair in contract bids. Basically, saved my house and I look forward to working with them again for future add ons. Superior customer service and an all around amazing team.

We used JCG to build our Day Spa from the ground up. From the initial discussion to the final product, the team at JCG was professional and the communication was great. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and offered valuable insight on layout and design when needed. I highly recommend JCG and will be using them again with future projects.

Working with Ruston and his group was great! I had a bid and plans back quickly with different budget options to choose from on the scope of work to be completed as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ruston! After having such a tough time with a previous company, I was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by all the issues. But from the moment I started working with Ruston, everything changed. He was incredibly reliable, always keeping me updated and on track, and his attention to detail was second to none.

What really stood out to me, though, was his compassion. Ruston genuinely cared about my situation and was there for me not just as a professional, but as a person. He took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and made sure to guide me through every step of the process with patience and kindness.

If you’re looking for someone who is not only reliable and detail-oriented but also empathetic and understanding, I highly recommend Ruston. He truly went above and beyond and made all the difference for me during a really trying time!

We started out having a great experience. Ruston was very detailed and communicative. We only had a little hiccup with our salon build out, he decided to dig a trench deeper than the plans called for without asking that we had to pay for, which we did because we wanted a good relationship going forward. The issues came after with customer service and Ruston not guaranteeing his work and making it seem like issues were our fault. The backroom stunk literally like a sewer because a disposal got put on the sink without being in the plans somehow, so it didn’t have power, and it was pulling teeth to get them to just come take it off. They tried to say we put it on. I don’t know why I would ever do that, I don’t even know how. We also have had an issue with a door, which was an issue that they knew about before construction was done. They pulled on it a little to “fix” it, and it wasn’t an issue until about 7-8 months of being in business. We asked him to come fix his work, but again were blamed for the issue. To be clear, where the issue is, nobody goes in there and “leans” on the wall, it’s a spa type room. We’ve had other issues here and there, but Ruston is really hard to work with and does not have good customer service, especially after the job is done. We would not work with him again, and I’ve never said that about someone or left a review. That’s how bad our experience was. It’s just very disappointing because we were referred and it started out great.

I hired Ruston and his team to do a full remodel on my house his team of reliable sub contractors did an amazing job and met every deadline. I hired another contractor first who i had to fire after them not showing up when they said they would and the work they did do was horrible craftsman ship. I am so grateful i found this company and their attention to detail was like something i have never seen before. Thank you guys for making my house a home!

I hired JCG to build a deck for me and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I was updated at every point in the process and the work and structure are probably over done and might even outlast the house.

Similar to Kati’s review below, I was referred to Ruston by an acquaintance. The first project landscaping went well enough, yet, well over budget, that I decided to employ JCG for more work remodeling the inside of an apartment. I spent 10s of thousands just for him to install the cheapest HD crap he could find and move extremely slow. I quickly realized how terrible it is to work with JCG.
Ruston is a sneaky sales guy only.
If you want poor quality, slow and complicated communication, to be nickeled and dimed, over pay for work then he is your man.
Be ware of JCG. You don’t get what you pay for with them.

JCG renovated multiple projects in my house and we've always been happy with the results. From a large renovation of finishing our basement to finishing our bedroom. Ruston & his team did a great job. The amount of attention to details, it all looked perfect. I plan to have them finish my kitchen next and definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We've used JCG multiple times from small to large jobs. We had them coordinate multiple kitchen upgrades with custom cabinets, trim and other odds and ends. We also had them to a remodel before we sold our house that included paint and new trim and baseboards through the entire home. Wow it turned out amazing! They were so patient with color choices and open and fair about all of the additional things we decided to have done. It looked like a brand new home and we were under contract within days of listing it. Most recently we had them do PVC baseboard in our garage. There were more issues and complicated corners than I had noticed and some of the areas I was just ready to expect them to get them "Ok". The amount of customization to make it all perfect was amazing! Completely blew away my expectations! There are a lot of contractors out there that vanish, draw out projects or come up with huge surprises for cost. Ruston was always very open about the options and costs with each detail so we could figure out what to spend our money on and where to save money. This level of service is nearly impossible to find these days!

Good communication throughout the entire process and felt like I could reach out at any time. Always checking to make sure the work was up to expectations.

We loved our experience with Olea Builders. They did a great job and gave us an honest quote and kept their word on what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it.

These guys were fantastic. In and out in 2 weeks for about 1500 square feet of flooring give or take. The owner was always responsive and kind and always giving tips and stuff on the stuff we ended up doing ourselves. Thank you guys so much my house feels like mine now thanks all your hard work!
