SLC Pool Service

Unfortunately, I’m sad to be writing this review, I wanted to let people be aware. If you get service from them and everything is going, great, they they’re great. But if you don’t like something or they did something wrong and you confront them, they say maybe you’re not a good fit for them . When you have them replaced something and you pay a large amount of money for a piece of equipment, they’re supposed to ensure and something goes wrong on their end. They no longer communicate with you. They no longer try to resolve an issue they leave you hanging.. Beware if you want a company who’s going to honor and service their warranties stay away from them.
I have been attempting to contact them for over two weeks now and I Can’t get a phone call back from either owner Ryan or Trey nor the office manager their sister.

My next door neighbor uses SLC Pool Service for his pool and highly recommended them. I called to schedule routine maintenance services and they were very prompt in getting someone out there. They said they would call me back to set an appointment. Then I never hear anything back. I've tried calling them over and over again and I either don't get an answer, or they say the same thing that someone from the maintenance team will get a hold of me. I've left voicemails with no call back. Maybe they just don't want any more business but this is ridiculous for a service company...

SLC Pool Service is legit. On time, professional, and no BS. They know how to take care of a pool. Even more importantly, they are easy to work with. Would recommend for all to use
