They did a great install, very prompt, explained everything, a great job overall! Would recommend them to any family or friends without hesitation.

Had them replace two old (1974) gas furnaces in my basement with new high efficiency units. This involved removal of the old furnaces, and the rather complicated installation of the new units. The new required direct outside intake and discharge, and water draining. They did a GREAT job, completing all in one day, with this work, and I have been completely satisfied!

I am very happy to know that small companies still exist. Nobody will treat you better than family owned ant operated company! Honest ,upfront,no games no "all our technicians are busy" stuff.Understood my needs right away,and actually did more then promised.Will recommend Next Gen to everybody who wants quality honest service ! Please support small business They are the backbone of America!

These guys were awesome. I had contacted another place they came out and told me I had to replace my furnace as the heat exchanger was cracked. These guys contacted me back and said that was an A typical line people try to use when they are just trying to sell you a new furnace. this turned out to be the case as my regular guy finally called back and showed up. It was only a minor repair as these guys had indicated. True professionals, with honesty and integrity!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Everytime I have needed help they have never failed me. I called today and lucky for me they had an open time slot. I know how hard it is to get same day service, so I just need to say THANK YOU for making time for me and my family. They know what they are doing and have doing it for years. My friend referred us to Next Generation. We had Whipple out and they told us all this stuff that was wrong with our air conditioner...and that we needed a new one. That was our only option! They told us it would be between $5,000 to $8,000. We are very loyal people and usually always trust the people we call out...however we got a second opinion. We have religiously taken care of this unit...so we didn't understand that in a years time...things had gotten so bad. Now we know our unit is getting older...but didn't think we were to that point yet. Thank goodness for Next Generation. They came out and checked it all out...and actually cleaned/checked it out and
It ended up costing less that $150!! Imagine that! I not only respect people/ businesses that can be honest....I will now be a loyal customer and highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much!

Aaron and Adam have helped me a few times over the years on my older home and a rental property and they are simply awesome to work with.

Today we had an issue with our furnace that I couldn’t resolve and Aaron came out quickly and we are up and running again.

We just moved to SLC last year and have been using Next Gen to service our heating and cooling system in the spring and fall. They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced.
Our air conditioning stopped working and I called late in the day in a panic (it was 96 degrees outside!) and they were able to get us on their schedule the next day. They were able to diagnose our issue quickly and get it repaired right away, again with friendly and professional service. Great communication as well!

They r the BEST!! They have saved me multiple times, including this morning. They r always so kind, smart, and incredibly talented! They r great with dogs in the home too! Its so hard to find hvac people who r good with older homes, like mine is a 1929 tudor with crazy retrofitted ductwork. They came in a said they could have run this duct here, and given u so much more headroom, etc. Genuine, nice, super talented family run business that I know I can count on and trust completely 🧡

My wife and I were in the market for a new central air system. We called Next Gen out to our home after having several bids. They came out right on time as scheduled and were very professional and affordable. We are now enjoying a really quiet and comfortable ac system. I had Next Gen come to my home to give me a price on replacing my equipment in my home. I was so happy with there honesty and how the were concerned about how my top floor never cooled down. They found out a solution to my problem and came in and replaced my equipment and ran a new duct to my top floor. Now my top floor cools perfectly. They also were on time and kept my house clean and were very respectful with me and my family. The installer also notice my dogs water bowl was empty and was kind enough to fill it up for us since we were at work. Great job Next Gen I will refer all my family and friends....

Terrible service. Overcharged me and still didn't fix the problem. Stay away!
