They do not have the decency to return reasonable phone calls to my wife or myself. I have always been willing to make right when I have done wrong. They installed an expensive HVAC system and will not help us with maintenance. I apologize for whatever I did to offend them, and welcome their feedback as to what I did wrong. The technician fixed the problem and told me it will be $900.00. When I complained that they fixed the same problem in my other residence and it was less than $200.00. He said ok give me $385.00. It seemed it was a rip off. I won’t contact them anymore. I made a big mistake.
