I needed to replace the furnace in my home. I called Air Design and Lance sent out Dillan and Jordan the very next day. These guys are great! They knew what they were doing. Their work was clean and very professionally installed. They did an excellent job.
If you want a job well done have Air Design do the work for you. I have been doing business with them since 1996 and they never fail to do excellent work.

The team at Air Design is wonderful. From beginning to end, they were easy to work with, professional, and not pushy. We had them install a mini-split upstairs. The price was fair, and the quality was great. Their team was extremely easy to work with and flexible as we had to shift around the project. Jordan and Andy did the install, and it looks great!

This company is great. I had some HVAC issues and they were here early the next morning to help me figure it out. They are great at helping know what next steps are to fix things but not being pushy. Jordan is awesome. He was really so Knowledgeable! Thx for being such a great company to work with and getting us in when we needed u the most!

Huge thanks to Jordan for coming out today—on Pioneer Day, no less!—and taking care of our AC issue. I really appreciated the detailed work, honest communication, and the time he took to explain what was going on. It’s such a relief to know the system is now cooling and draining properly.

Shoutout to the customer service team too—even though I couldn’t get through on the phone, they responded quickly by text and got someone scheduled to come out the same day. Truly above and beyond!

What impressed me most was how Jordan took the time to educate me as a homeowner—not just fixing the issue, but also sharing what I can do for regular maintenance, what really matters, and how sometimes it’s not about going for the most expensive solution. It really showed they care about helping people, not just making a sale.

We have been dealing with Air Design for at least the last 15 years. We moved into our new home 22 years ago with 2 new furnaces & 2 new a/c units. Air Design has kept them running in excellent condition throughout both the heat & the cold. We knew at the 20 year mark it was only a matter of time before something needed to be replaced. We had the upstairs furnace & a/c unit replaced 2 years ago and they did an incredible job fitting it into the upstairs closet made for it.

Yesterday (Dec 4th) just before 5pm I had to make a call for someone to come out as we had no heat. The temperature was around 32° outside & because we get service done in the fall & spring, we were able to get an appt for today. The guys showed up, diagnosed how much it would cost to either fix or replace. It made much more sense to replace. Since we need to have humidity in our home, we were told about the steam humidity option. It’s not cheap but an amazing improvement on the drum version. They had both items in stock & were able to install EVERYTHING today. The house went from 60° back up to 70° in less than 30 minutes! Impressive. We chose a high efficiency gas furnace and are looking forward to seeing if it will save us any money in the long run. We do know we will continue to work with Air Design to keep our heat & a/c working!

Air Design Heating and Cooling was awesome from the beginning. The whole sales process was great. I worked with Jase and the owner and they are super honest and trustworthy guys. They were very courteous and professional and did a really good job explaining everything. Their price was fair and honest, and it was not pushy at all. They did not push me into the most expensive thing, they helped me choose the best option for my situation and my home.

Because I own a home services business, I pay close attention to how a company communicates, shows up, and takes care of the customer. Air Design did it right all the way through, and I would feel totally confident referring them to my own customers.

Then the installation was just as solid. The installers were Sean D and Andy. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They kept the worksite clean, cleaned up nice afterwards, and did a good job explaining their install and how to use the new thermostat.

I would recommend Air Design Heating and Cooling to friends and family for sure.

We have had Chuck help with a furnace replacement, and then we added air conditioning. He is great to work with, and really knows what he is doing.

Because the owner reached out, and was willing to resolve my concerns, I"m changing my rating of his company. I appreciate his willingness to listen, and his intent to work with his staff to better their customer service.

These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. My three service calls with Premier at two different properties have always met my expectations.

My furnace decided that it didn’t want to work, it was a cool 60 degrees in my house in the dead of winter. Mike showed up and replaced a quick part and boom, instant heat again! He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday and Mike came out and fixed it. He was quick and very helpful we were curious what was wrong and he had no problem going over everything with us. Super friendly place.

The guy in the pick up, black hair camping in the left lane only to speed up when someone wants to go around and to also illegally cross over into the hov lane with no one else inside. 12:25 pm dec 13th.

We had these guys come out service our furnace at the start of the year and then when we had a problem later in the year, they came out to diagnose it. Unfortunately, it took a little more time than hoped to figure out the correct diagnosis, but when the owner heard about it, he reached out personally and offered to help us with the invoice. I’m very impressed by his kindness during a time when money is so tight.
