I recently hired Home Performance Pros to work on my AC and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Jared and John were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I had originally had Any Hour Services come out to tell me that my capacitor needed to be switched and wanted $600-$1300 (depending on package) to switch out. This piece only cost a little over $30 which we declined and switched it out ourselves to then realizing that was not the problem. John came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and provided a solution that was both effective and affordable. John is punctual, courteous, and friendly. He helped me save a ton of money (and I really do mean this). My AC is now running better than ever, and I'm so grateful for their expertise. I highly recommend Home Performance Pros to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch air conditioning service. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

Fantastic experience. John was very thorough. He showed pictures of what he was seeing with our units and explained what services needed to be done.

We have used other large HVAC companies in the past, and this was, by far, a much better experience. John wasn’t about upselling, he was focused on providing an honest assessment of our systems.

Jared the owner was professional and helpful nice tt every time I interacted w him he ordered with no problems the right kind of furnace filters I needed because they’re special kind and John the HVAC expert came to check my furnace as well and it was overall a very good interaction. He checked thoroughly with pictures my furnace. I highly recommend this company.🙏🏼😃

We got to work this morning and our furnace was still taking a “long winter’s nap”. I called John and he told me what to do (recycle the furnace) and it fired up, but we still needed a new part to keep it running. Great service, prompt repair and fair pricing. I had Teasha come out to diagnose my furnace that was blowing cold air after I tried to fix it myself. Teasha was amazing in explaining what was going wrong and how to fix it. She made sure I understood everything and was extremely thorough. Highly recommend!

Jarred, the owner, is great. He offered a second opinion free of charge and stopped by the same day with Teasha to identify the issue. He offered a thorough testing of the furnace functionality to make sure we won't pay for more expensive parts that are needed for the fix. He found the replacement part quicky and Teasha installed it the same day. Thank you, Jared!
