I have been very pleased with the high level of service CV Carlston Heating and AC provides. They put in our whole house humidifier and did a great job. Also have had them do some smaller maintenance and repairs on ac and furnace. Every time the experience has been very positive. They are friendly, skilled and responsive and I recommend them.

For me their customer service has been astonishingly good. We have a large and complex heating and AC system that was installed a few years ago in our new home. The system is absolutely top quality, expertly designed with humidifiers, dampers, etc. that all work exceptionally well. A few minor problems showed up a couple of years in, after the standard service warranty expired. The biggest issues were caused by our home builder damaging the system before the house was finished, which required substantial replacement of equipment. CV Carlston took care of the problems extremely quickly, thoroughly, and with minimal or no cost to me. Their technician was friendly and extremely helpful, explaining the system and offering great suggestions for saving on maintenance costs (which he could otherwise benefit from). Office staff has always been cheerful and responsive.

CV came highly reccomended. Sean visited me and did an amazing job getting me repaired very quickly for a very minimal cost. It was refreshing to NOT be told all the things that COULD be failing, soon!, in my 19 year old system and pushed with a sell, sell, you need a new system, now. THANK YOU!!!!! I will be referring your excellent service.

Contacted Carlston for warranty service on my Bryant furnace. Sean took excellent care of me. He was fast, professional, and went out of his way to try and track down a part from another technician when he didn't have the part himself. Extremely pleased with Carlston's service.

Should’ve kept my swamp cooler. Pretty sure they do on the job training and the young men that work here do not have a HVAC certification because they have no clue how to fix a unit that freezes up. They will come out and bandaid the problem until your warranty is up and then wash their hands of you.

Needed a new air conditioner had spent more fixing the one I had in the past year with different companies had carlsons come out and install new one great experience. These people are professionals I could go on and on but let me say do yourself a favor and hire them.

I'm relatively new to the area & have never needed to hire an HVAC professional. A friend recommended Carlston to me when I needed to figure out why my furnace wasn't working. They had someone out to me within 3 days in the middle of winter and took GREAT care of me. And when I got the bill, I was blown away with how fair it was. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation from me!

Had worker come out to quote new fireplace insert. They came out but never emailed quote. I called twice asking for them to email me a quote but they are unresponsive. Moving on.

I was scheduled within just a few days of calling. Ethan showed up to fix my old fireplace and got it running in just a few minutes! Awesome work and great customer service.

Was in a pinch after heater broke down. They scheduled an install super fast the day after thanksgiving. Brandon and Eaton did a quality job at a fair price.

I have used Bills Comfort Systems for years. They are the best place you can go for heating and air. Charlie and Gordon are amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had them install two 95% furnaces for $4,000. They did a great job and they work beautifully. I also had them repair my gas fireplace and they threw that in free. Wow, what a company.

This place gave me the worst service. I called to have my fireplace insert serviced and they made an appt. I had to call back twice because the service guy never showed up the first time. When he finally showed up he didn't have the right part, he told me he would call me when the part came in and took the part with him. Two months later I call back to see if the part is in and they don't know what I'm talking about and say they will have the tech call me. He never does. I call back three separate times and they just say the same thing, "I'll have the tech call you".

I would not use this company to service or buy anything.

These guys are the best around!! From the lady I think her name was Glenda in the office to David. They really care about you and will do whatever they can to help even if they’re are busy. I thought this other company that came out were going to kill my tenants from carbon monoxide from how they halfway tried to fix my unit. When I called and talked to Glenda she told David about this and they were out there in a couple of hours to look at it for me and make it right!! Honesty is hard to find nowadays!! That’s why I will never use any other company but these guys again!! Love you guys thanks for all you do!!

I had a fabulous experience with Bill's! Within 24 hours of speaking with Katy, a technician arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and resolve the problem. They were professional, honest, and thorough. Definitely recommend using Bill's.

I bought about $10k worth of fireplaces from this place for our new home. Moved in June 1st, it’s now Oct 20th and I still cannot turn one on to test it out. No one will return calls. Had to work with 4 different people because each fireplace guy would quit very few weeks. Carter, the latest won’t even call me back any more. This place is a train wreck of a business!

This place is a total rip-off. My mother bought a HVAC system from them and I bought one right after she did. Hers had to be replaced right after the warranty went out. Mine was installed incorrectly (not enough air flow causing the furnace to overheat) and had to be completely uninstalled and then reinstalled on a bas that allowed more air flow. Now a $600 fan went out that I will have to pay for. Avoid this place like the plague.
