I can't overstate how happy I am with Hale. The house we bought had poor air circulation and several other HVAC companies quoted me for expensive reconfigurations and drastic renovations.

Tyler came to our house a few times and set me up with a simple, efficient, cost effective system with the right thermostat that fixed all of our problems without all the mess. Years later and he still answers my text questions after hours and goes way out of his way to make sure we're happy with the services they provide.

Definitely recommend Hale, all day long.

Jesse from Scott Hale was prompt, thoughtful, and professional. He fixed our plumbing issue for 1/4 the price of competing estimate.

Called Scott Hale Plumbing around noon on a Friday for a leaky shower faucet that was continuing to get worse by the day. Tanner came out that same day and got it fixed. Tanner was polite, professional, efficient, and personable. He allowed me to watch the process and he explained things as he went. He also gave great advice on things to watch for in the future that may need to be addressed. I felt he was honest and forthright, as he did not try to upsell on unnecessary projects. I had been debating doing the job myself; I am so glad Tanner did the work, as there were complications that would have stumped me, but Tanner handled them with ease and efficiency.

I turned a quick job into a call to Scott Hale and plumbing, lol, and they came out within an hour and fixed my sink for me. And Brandon with R did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and was friendly. Thanks

Loved my free visit as member at Scott Hale! The friendly technicians identified preventive maintenance to consider for the future. No pressure! Love their education approach. Free air installation of my furnace filter today. And they remember to wear booties into the house, a big plus for an allergic asthmatic. Thank you!

Our technician Taylor was amazing! Explained what was going on with our furnace in an easy to understand way, very professional, very knowledgeable, gave options and didn’t force any extra services on us. Was flexible with our schedule, showed up on time, and did great work, will be using them again!

Both the employees worked hard & efficiently. Fix things that needed to be fixed along with cleaning out the dryer vents. They were very careful when they moved the stackable washers and dryers. We have known Scotty Hale for years and years. We still rely on the businesses Professional care.

I am so incredibly happy we went with Scott Hale plumbing. We hit the jackpot beginning with Tyler who came and provided us an estimate and explained how they would install a second sink in our master bath. The next day Jaxson and Sterling arrived promptly at the agreed time. We had a little hiccup, however they fixed it in the spot and continued with installation.

Had my first interaction with Scott Hale Plumbing Yesterday, and they created a long time customer from my experience. The technician Edib was able to come same day that I called for a minor leak. He was friendly, respectful to my home and dogs, and communicative throughout. He was able to identify the problem in 2 minutes! He was up front with pricing, and left me with some future tips. The ease of scheduling was amazing. The technician was very professional and communicated every detail of the repair. I also appreciated a less expensive short term repair option along with a long term full replacement option.

Keith Tovar took about 20 minutes to "snake" a clogged toilet and faucet pipes. He explained everything he did and was very courteous and professional. Keith cleaned his feet every time he entered the house. He also showed us how to us the special enzyme solution to help keep down the buidlup of black sludge in the pipes. We were well satisfied with his service.

Keith Tovar is a lifesaver. We had a clogged drain that was backing up through the floor drain at one of our preschools, and Keith was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I’m very appreciative of his responsiveness and his ability to resolve the issue.

Had a great experience with Keith! He was very professional and took the time to explain and demonstrate ways I can self manage my drains. Was very puntual and provided above and beyond service! Will ask for him specifically in the future.

Overall the experience over the phone and service within the same day was perfect. I had actually called around a few places and some didn't offer dryer vent cleaning and if they did I had to wait a little longer only because I wasn't getting the duct cleaning with it. I also liked how efficient and fast Scott hales employees were, they found the problem quickly and told me they could fix it right away. The employee I believe was Manuel he was kind and patient over the phone, he has great customer service. For future issues I will definitely go back with scott hale.

Riley and Emmanuel did top notch service work at my house. The ductwork was cleaned out and sanitized very well, plus they did it all in a timely manner with a professional approach and left everything clean afterwards. I highly recommend!

Davis did a great job! He explained everything about the thermostat to me and said he would be happy to come back out if we needed to replace it. He also checked our furnace thoroughly and assured me that we shouldn’t have any issues but if we do, we can give him a call and he’d come right down and help us out. He’s an awesome employee and you’re lucky to have him!

John was very personable and kind. He shared all of my choices with me and explain them. The job was done quickly and efficiently. It was a good experience, I'll be calling them again when I need them!

Edib is an absolute bastion of knowledge and experience!! He is very professional, confident, and able to fix any problems that require plumbing or drains. After having another plumbing company come out and spend 2+ hours with zero results, Edib (Scott Hale plumbing) showed up, and conquered in 30 minutes!! I cannot recommend him enough, and will be ONLY relying on him in the future. Don’t waste your time and money… go with the best.
