I can't overstate how happy I am with Hale. The house we bought had poor air circulation and several other HVAC companies quoted me for expensive reconfigurations and drastic renovations.
Tyler came to our house a few times and set me up with a simple, efficient, cost effective system with the right thermostat that fixed all of our problems without all the mess. Years later and he still answers my text questions after hours and goes way out of his way to make sure we're happy with the services they provide.
Definitely recommend Hale, all day long.

Had to come back and change my review… not only did they not fix our problem, they didn’t do their due diligence in assessing the possibilities of the problem. Charged us $2,000 for work that did not need to be done, when the problem was simply turning on the shower to get water back in the pea trap, that we ended up solving because of google. Now trying to get in contact with an owner or manager and they are extremely unresponsive. Definitely got taken advantage of!
