OverLand was probably the best contractor I've had out to my house. They were professional, fair, and had great communication throughout the project. They stood by their pricing estimates and even cleaned-up after a sub-contractor that they hired left a mess. They went above and beyond! Give them a try and you will not be sorry.

I have used this business for the past 2 to 3 years. I am very satisfied with the professional and excellent service I have received. They go over and above to help me. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 10. The owner always responds to my calls if I have any questions. I hired OverLand for a yard cleanup. They were able to come a couple of days earlier than originally estimated, which was great. The yard certainly looked better after they left than before they arrived. If I had hired amateurs at half the price then I'd give them 5 stars. It seemed like the job was performed by amateurs hired for the day instead of professionals who really know lawn care. We have higher standards for professional yard services than the results we received. After professionals leave, the significant other shouldn't be asking me when they're coming back to finish the job.

I was very happy with my experience of OverLand Lawn and Landscape. Carson was quick to reply and explained how everything worked at their business. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I will definitely be using their services again!

Carson was such a pleasure to work with! I needed my elderly father’s yard cleaned up in preparation of selling the house. The yard needed a lot of help after being neglected for quite a while. I was on a time crunch to get everything done quickly and Carson came through! Not only that, but he understood the “middle road” I wanted to take to improve the yard but not take it to the extreme. Because I live out of town, he sent me before and after photos, and communicated with me all along the way. I simply cannot recommend him and his company enough!

I fortunately met Carson Linsley when he was just starting his business. He impressed immediately with his honesty and integrity. Based upon his experiences working in the lawn care industry I invited him to do our lawn care. He offers superb service at fair market rates. In addition, he has repaired and adjusted my sprinkler system. He has also done some of the more difficult trimming and spring/fall care that some of us older folks dread doing. He not only did his work efficiently and competently, but actually went beyond my expectations. The prices he charged for the additional work was not only fair, but more than competitive. I highly recommend this young man, who recently completed his BS degree at Weber State University, as a person who insures outstanding work and who will continue building his business into the future. I look forward to maintaining our business relationship, and offer him my very highest recommendation.

We had a sprinkler hose burst underground that was flooding our back door. I had tried to find and fix it myself, but it ended up being more than I could handle on my own. I talked to them on a Tuesday and they were there at 8am on Wednesday morning. I really can't say enough good things. They went through my sprinkler system and made adjustments where needed, fixed several broken heads, and got our leaking pipe sorted. Super polite and hard workers too.

*Update: in addition to the great price they gave me for the original work, they came back out and fixed another leak in another location in that same pipe line today. I noticed it leaking last night, sent a text at 11:15pm to let them know it was still leaking from the same area. I got a phone call at 7am and the guys were back out here before 8! They dug the pipe up(not an easy task because it's old and we have SO many roots!!), found a new leak further down the line and fixed it for no extra charge.

If you're looking for quality work and a fair price, this is it.

I own a commercial dog boarding facility. I need my parking lot to be clear and safe for my customers after it snows. Carson provides an exceptional service at a reasonable price. It’s wonderful to have a service you can count on. I highly recommend his company.

I recently hired Overland to do some maintenance and repairs on my sprinkling system. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues and make the repairs and now it’s working better than ever. Carson also was great to recommend some cost effective and practical upgrades to my system that have made my sprinklers easy to use and maintain. Carson is amazing. It is so great to have a company that cares about make sure customers are satisfied. Outstanding service and fast and thorough, I even had him put up Christmas lights. They are straight, tight , and made sure we had everything. That meant running around to stores to get the stuff for us. Carson also found things that I hadn’t noticed that needed fix on the roof and notice flashing on the roof that needed fixed He told us about it and even said he would help us find someone who could fix it. Not many people go above and beyond to help, or notice things and just go their Mary way. That is integrity all companies should have. He understand the more you serve customers, the more they will serve you. You will be sorry if you don’t refer Carson to friends and family. I know I will. Carson and his crew were great! Carson communicated well and followed through on his scheduled appointments. He continued to communicate with me throughout the process on when they would come based on the weather and other jobs. The crew came, did the job, and left and I had no idea they had come while I was at work because they left no trace. Top notch!

These guys are amazing! Professional, attentive to detail and humble. I've been talking directly with Carson, the owner and he has been awesome and so easy to work with. I'm very picky so I was reluctant to turn it over to someone else, but the lawn has never looked better! They edge, trim, blow off debris, mow and offer any other lawn service you might need. These are your guys!

Fast, affordable and they really did go above and beyond the original scope of work while honoring the initial time and quote. These guys are the best and restore my faith in contract work.

Everyone that comes by always complements us on our yard and I owe it all to Overland. Having Overland come and take my drab yard and turn it into something that is spectacular was so worth it. They worked tirelessly and had great suggestions that fit exactly what we were looking for. Carson and his team are so helpful and responsive and we are thrilled with their work. He also calls periodically just to make sure everything is doing well. This is great service.

I had a leaky mainline on my sprinkler system near the secondary water valve. I called Carson at OverLand Lawn and Landscape, who was a referral from a co-worker. He treated my issue with urgency, and got it fixed by replacing the old pipe and fittings. Carson was prompt, punctual, professional, and polite. He has a unique skill set, and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, and answered several questions about other small issues. His prices are very competitive and well worth the service. It was refreshing to find someone who is passionate about what they do and shows up when they say they will. I'll refer these guys to anyone!

We initially had a communication issue with this company but after bringing it to Carson’s attention he corrected the issue and did everything he could to build a good relationship with us. Last week he sent his North Ogden crew to mow and trim our yard and we were thrilled with the results. The young men who took care of our yard were polite and friendly and did a very professional job. We are so excited to work with this company. They do a great job!

Overland has done extensive work at our house and it has always been nothing short or excellent. From the massive patio, the complete yard remodel, new sprinklers, enough boxwoods to make the Palace of Versailles jealous, they ALWAYS delivery. 10/10 would recommend.
