I can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Zane, Ken, Quinn, and their team at Alpine. Our household was impacted by the devastating Eaton Fire in January 2025. We are lucky to still have a home, but were unprepared for the reality of what it takes to recover from a wildfire (particularly of this scope). Our house was filled with ash and soot, everything reeked of smoke, and the list of repairs, cleaning, and total losses felt insurmountable.

During this emotionally difficult and overwhelming period, we found Zane and Team Alpine, and for the first time we felt like we had real support. Zane knew exactly what to do. He knew what to look for and guided us through this foreign world of smoke remediation with kindness. The crew treated us and our home with respect, like it was their own. They were immediately responsive to texts and calls, highly respectful of our belongings, detail oriented, honest, and thorough. In a time when we felt we had to constantly be on guard for scammers and greedy opportunists, being able to put our full trust in Alpine's crews was such a relief-- a wonderful feeling that we had hired professionals who would look out for our best interests.

Our house is now smoke-free and has never been so clean. We're so glad Alpine was able to come out to California so that we could benefit from their care. We had a fire inside a commercial building we own. They had to completely gutt it and restore it. I never had to worry or be involved in the restoration from the time we signed the contract for them to do the work. They provided a weekly progress report. They stayed on schedule. They did everything exactly right. There were no unexpected surprises. Our insurance company commented it was the easiest claim they ever processed. Especially for such a large commercial claim. The team was so friendly! I would recommend Alpine Cleaning and Restoration to anyone in need, without hesitation!

My home received substantial water damage. The team at Alpine Cleaning & Restoration have been incredibly thorough and I couldn't be happier with the results. I interacted with many of the team members and all were well versed in their particular skill-sets and took great care with my furnishings. I highly recommend their services.

They are awesome!! Krystal is excellent at her job, definitely fights for her clients, takes time to explain contracts, the process, what to expect and timeline. Plus she has such a cool genuine personality. Trevor did a lot of the work on my place, he is great to work with, makes communication clear, lets you know what he is working on, schedule and makes you feel comfortable that the job will be done correctly and with quality. Dave, is super cool very chill and easy to work with, he helps make things less stressful and moves his people round to cater to what needs to get done. I can’t say enough about what a great team they are. Definitely would recommend them and would use them in the future. Thank you three for getting me through a disaster in my house and all the stress. :)

FIRE! A word you never want to hear. Especially when that fire is at your home. But don't feel hopeless with Alpine. First and foremost they have outstanding employees that are there for you from beginning to end. There are certain employees at Alpine who deserve a standing ovation for going above and beyond. Keri Holt and Marcus Montoya; these two people brought my house back from the dead. Then you have Ken Carlson, Jeremy and Shawn who were also outstanding. No matter how big or small your disaster is..Alpine is there

I also wanted to add for you gun collectors. They have a gentleman named Shawn. He is a master of firearms. He took my 200 and something firearms after I had a fire and did such a good job on them. Some of my older firearms are so clean they look like they just came out of the box. That's what else is great about Alpine. They don't contract their work out. Everyone you need is under one roof at Alpine.

We had a house fire in Oct of 2024, our fire chief recommended Alpine restoration company as well as our Allstate agent. Within an hour after the fire were put out, Diego and his team from Alpine showed up at our house and got to work immediately. They were very kind people and understanding. They were able to quickly covered water damaged areas and immediately removed all of our collectibles to saved a bunch for us!

In such hectic moments they were able to rush some clothes for us and offered help with shelter for our pets and were with us late into the night. Everything was in turmoil but they were able to sort things out for our family in a swiftly way and we appreciated very much!

Ken, Jeremy, Keri, Amalia, Diego and many more that I can't remember all their names that have helped us through and through! We've been out of our house for 5 months now and we have a few more months to go but they've worked so hard to speed up our return date and we are forever grateful. Many times we needed extra things such as clothes, mattresses, beddings, housewares, etc. and they would delivered them immediately to our rental and helped us carried them in as well.

Clearing out debris after the fire and going through all of the things from the house were no easy job. They've done a tremendous job at that along with getting construction going and staying on track! We are way ahead of schedule and will be moving back in soon!

I hope this review helps someone out when looking for a company in need. We have nothing but respect and love for Alpine restoration company. We highly recommend their service and value their professionalism!

I can't say enough about the Alpine team that helped me. Last night my basement sewer drain backed up affecting 70% of my newly remodeled basement. Rudy and Jaxson showed up to my house around 8:30 PM and worked straight through until 2:30 AM to get my mitigation work started. Their work ethic, professionalism, and respect for my home were outstanding, and they explained everything they were doing along the way so I felt informed and reassured.

The next day, Anthony, the manager, came out quickly to follow up. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly committed to making sure everything was handled correctly.

Having a home emergency is stressful, but the way this team showed up - both literally and figuratively - made all the difference. Their dedication and customer care are top-notch, and I'm grateful for the experience I had with Alpine!!

Jeremy's customer service was impeccable. Dealing with a crisis, no matter it's size or severity, is never fun. Receiving the service that we did helped ease the discomfort we experienced, so two thumbs up and a big thanks from me.

Awesome company to work with. They were very professional and friendly. They listened to our concerns. They did an amazing job painting the kitchen, hallways, and living room. It was nice to have them take care of everything. Highly recommend this company.

Our home is east of SLC, in Big Cottonwood Canyon. A large snowstorm buried our detached shed and eventually caused it to collapse. Our insurance adjuster said don’t do anything until the snow is gone. We ended up waiting for 3 months, for safety, while we waited for the snow to melt. We felt devastated and afraid while we waited. On a recommendation, we called Alpine. As soon as we spoke with Alpine representatives we relaxed. The North Salt Lake office sent up three different crews, included office staff and managers to help us. They were quick, efficient, honest and really knew how to approach our problem. They were experts working with our insurance company and helped us create an accurate inventory list. They took so many photos that the amount of damage was well documented. They communicated openly. They were on time. They removed all of the debris. It was a great experience. I would recommend Alpine Restoration and will call them again, if needed.

Daniel did a wonderful job he restored the drywall and finish work on my mom's house, and swapped out an old faucet. He was kind and helpful.

Alpine Cleaning Specialists came out and mitigated a flooded basement on the SAME DAY that the events happened. Nefi and his team also returned a second time to do a little aditional remediation because they are very thorough and Professional. Highly recommend!

Alpine has done work for me a couple times. Both times have been simple, quick, and done well. The latest time, the fridge leaked water all over and Alpine got it taken care of quickly, were flexible with my schedule, and they were respectful with my family. Trevor and Scott did work in different areas, but both did great, and did exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the hard work.

Alpine Restoration did a really good job at removal restoration and helping find a carpet place that fit in the budget.

Moving into a new “finished” home and wall texture and paint had to be corrected. The work left dust everywhere with some drywall mud spills and overspray. Alpine was quick to respond with a team there the next day. The results were incredible. Couldn’t be happier.

We had two rooms that became giant splash pads in our basement courtesy of a broken sprinkler pipe. Alpine came in late on a Friday night when we discovered it and did an amazing job of sucking the water out and putting in fans and moving furniture so it wouldn't be damaged. They came back repeatedly checking for moisture and taking care of the drywall and insulation that was damaged. I wouldn't wish a flood on anyone, but if it happens, these guys do an amazing job of making it less painful.
