Utah's Best Home Pros

Last year my furnace went out in February. I called Utah's Best Home Pros. They came out that day. Since I have an older furnace, they had to order parts. I was without heat for a few days. Utah's Best made sure I had heaters to keep me warm. I was very thankful for their service.

Teasha was the Tech who came out to do the maintenance service my furnace. I had bever used this company before, but after receiving a mailer with a tuneup coupon, I read reviews and decided to try them. They come when they say they will and you get a text with the Techs picture when they are in route. Tasha is honest and thorough and takes pictures inside the furnace to educate and explain the condition of the furnace. She offered and explained the one year contract with zero pressure. Ironically, my water heater quit working the very morning they came out to do the furnace maintenance. I told her about it. She showed me where the error alert is. Offered to call to their plumber, if I needed one. I called the company who installed the water heater in 2020, but their plumber retired, so I went with Kendall at Utahs Best Home Pro's. He came out the next day. Honored the warranty for the parts that needed to be replaced and he ordered the parts. He is coming back in 3 days when the parts come in. I found Kendall also to be very honest. He was able to get the pilot light lit at no charge and told me if it goes out again before he replaces the parts to call and he will swing by and light it again to get us by and keep us with hot water until the parts come in. Kendall explained more about the contracts without any pressure. The yearly contract is low and includes a yearly furnace tune up, ac tune up, water tank draining and boiler maintenance for people with boilers. It gives you a 10% discount on other services. The contract price is low, so I am going to buy it with confidence. The only amout I will be paying above the contract price, is the labor to installed the warrantied parts.

We had a great experience. They were able to come out immediately and the staff was super friendly. They ended up replacing two 19-year old furnaces and A/C units. The also installed an attic fan which I've wanted for a long time. Finance worked great and the technicians were polite, clean, and great to talk with. They have a 10-year warranty on parts AND LABOR. I would recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.
