We worked with Brycen and Kaycen today for our heat tune up and we’re so pleased with their work. They did such a thorough job with our heat tune up, but also took the extra time to look into our history of issues we have had. They were able to point out a problem with our AC (which we were already planning on spending thousands come spring on a brand new AC), but they were able to take some time to find a cheaper option. 10/10 and highly recommend! Will be requesting to work with them in the future!

I had these guys do a heating tune up because they had a very reasonable offer for only $20. I expected to be bombarded with upsell stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised. They (Zach and Kasen) came in, inspected and cleaned my furnace, told me it looked good, and they went on their way.
Quick, friendly service; no scummy tactics. Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend!!! I reached out to Absolute Comfort for a second opinion on a leaky air conditioner after I felt that another company was less than truthful. Sure enough, our old AC wasn’t properly sized to our new furnace and the evaporative coil was freezing and thawing all over the new furnace. If left unrepaired, it could have broken both systems. Brycen offered several recommendations to either replace the coil or replace the AC which was near the end of its life anyways. I chose to bite the bullet and have the whole AC replaced. They have amazing financing options to fit any budget.

Kasen and Zachery were the techs who did the work. Oh my goodness! They fixed our janky set up, were so kind and professional, and worked tirelessly to get everything done to their standards. These guys will always get my business. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Zach, Travis, and Kasen did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new HVAC system today! They went over all the components in detail, answered any questions we had in full, and did a great clean up after the job was complete.

Pricing on the system we had installed was extremely competitive as we went with a rather upgraded system to replace the 19 year old basic setup that was getting more expensive to maintain, and causing higher utility bills over the years.

We got multiple bids for this replacement and all were fairly close, but the system we had installed had all of the features we wanted at a lower price when comparing a heat pump system to a conventional AC unit.

All in all we couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend to anyone that asks that they have Absolute Comfort give them a bid on any plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work they need done!

Very grateful for our experience in replacing our furnace with Absolute Comfort as they had great customer service, worked quickly, and were affordable. Brycen came over to diagnose what was wrong with our furnace, and was very kind, thorough, and able to answer the questions we had. Kristopher set us up with an appointment to get our new furnace installed, and was also super courteous and knowledgeable. Just a couple of days later, Zach and Travis arrived to install the furnace and were super respectful, helpful, and efficient. Throughout this process, we felt well informed and cared for, which was important to us as this was one of the first major repairs being done on our home. What a great team to work with, and so glad that we went with Absolute Comfort!

Anthony at Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning was super informative and friendly. He and his partner installed my new water heater, hauled off the old one, upgraded our piping to code, and cleaned up afterwards. Then Anthony walked me through our new system and made sure all my questions were answered. They even made sure to not let out my cat. I highly recommend.

This is such a good, honest company! I called on a Sunday. A real person called me back and I was easily able to schedule a time that worked with my work schedule. Tony came out right on time and communicated clearly with me up until our appointment. He was very knowledgeable (over 23 years experience!), polite, friendly and extremely professional. If you are in the area this is the company to go with. Top notch service all around! Highly recommend. And they didn’t over charge ;)

Professionalism is the one word I would use to describe Absolute Comfort. From the beginning of the quoting process through the end of the installation, their whole team and process are top-notch professional.
I was initially impressed with Absolute Comfort due to the amount of detail they reviewed during the quoting/design process. They had a detailed process to evaluate my home to perform a correct load calculation. They also provided as much detail as I requested when describing new system options. I also appreciated the explanation of their techniques to make sure the equipment is installed to last. I generally ask a lot of questions when working with contractors to quote out a job. This time was no different. All my questions were taken seriously, all were answered timely, and the answers were honest.
The team that arrived to install my new HVAC system was outstanding. I was so impressed by their focus on customer service. They were courteous, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. They worked quickly to install a new furnace and A/C unit. The result was very well organized, again showing their professionalism. After the installation they provided system training so that I could properly operate and maintain the system between their bi-annual service visits.
Absolute Comfort did such a great job that I was willing to wear a stick-on green mustache, take a picture of it, and post it to the internet!
