AWESOME company to work with and very responsive. Our AC went out on a Saturday. They texted me that evening and we set up a repair time for Monday at 11am. Alan did a great job trying to get our 21 year old unit to work, but we decided it was best to replace. He didn't charge me for his time and pulled out the $200 piece that we didn't need in a system we were getting rid of. Gave me a bid and hoped we'd call. We did end up going with them to replace both our AC and Furnace and I thought their pricing was very fair if not lower. They were able to get our new system installed three days later due to a cancelation. The gentleman that installed the new system was very professional and did a great job. TOP notch work and they have since checked on us. I would highly recommend these folks. Very honest and great to work with!!

When your A/C goes out you need quick relief. Family members shared a company they liked but they said it would take 2 weeks to get to us... My husband researched and chose AirNow and we could not have been happier with their service and coming out the next day! I was impressed at their knowledge and really wanting to help solve the problem and get the job done right. We will certainly call Jeff and his team again.

We have just loved doing business with Air Now. They have given us wonderful customer service with a quality product. We had a full HVAC system installed. Jeff the owner is very professional and nice. He really made sure we purchased a system that was perfect for our family at a good price. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was awesome! We had an issue with our A/C unit and Jeff was able to get to our house within 2.5 hours. Paul usually services our home and he is also so very great and professional.

Air Now is a very good company to deal with. Jeff, the owner, is a good guy and very honest. He's up front with how he conducts his business and his company has very good customer service. He cares very much for his business and his customers and wants the best for both. Their showroom area is nice and clean and the person at the desk was very helpful. I would recommend Air Now to a friend if they needed help with an HVAC problem.

I called Air Now first thing in the morning for a slow moving AC unit on my house. They were able to come out the next morning and determine that my Capacitor was bad. The tech had the part in his truck and was able to fix my unit in about 20 minutes. Once the AC unit was fixed, the tech came into my house (wearing booties on his shoes. Nice touch) to test the air flow and temperature. Once that was all check out and running great again, I was able to pay right there on his tablet and get an emailed receipt. I was VERY please with the customer service that I received from Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner Jeff is top notch and a pleasure to work with. I'm glad that people like him own businesses like this. I would highly recommending calling these guys for a fast efficient repair. Thanks Jeff, I truly appreciate all your help!

I am very pleased with Air Now. They are legit and really desire to go the extra mile in making you happy! I would highly recommend them to anyone. There were some issues that I had and Jeff, the owner addressed them perfectly and wanted his best man Dave to finish it up the way it should of been. They went why over what I expected. If you want an incredible company to help you with Air Conditioning/Heating, I would highly recommend them to anyone..5+ stars treatment and reasonable with pricing.

Only a few visits, but ALWAYS FAIR and Professional and Personable. During the cold spell, and no heat for my mother, came out of his service area within a couple of hours to mend the problem. Even showed us what could be done in the future for adjustments. Thank you Jeff SOOO much!

Air now provided outstanding customer service, workmanship, and products. They were awesome to work with! And I am very pleased with the new air conditioning system and furnace that they installed in my home. They communicated well, made sure I understood my choices, and kept me informed from the beginning to the end. And they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and all of the issues related to my new system were addressed. They were careful and diligent in making sure that my new system would result in a more comfortable home from top to bottom in addition to being more efficient. They were very thorough. And the result is a more evenly distributed and much more comfortable temperature throughout my home. I could not be happier and more grateful. I highly recommend their services!

I was very pleased with their service. I could tell Jeff really cares about the best possible product and fitting the needs of the customer. I was even more encouraged when a crew lead came with one of his guys and praised him for the work he was doing. That to me showed that they have camaraderie internally, and when there are happy employees there are happy customers! All of them were very friendly with me, hard working, and down to earth. The AC unit of my elderly parents stopped working. I called several other repair places but they were unable to come out the same day. I called Air Now and they were able to come to my parents house within a few hours and stayed to finish the repair until nearly 10pm. The technician treated my parents with respect and empathy. I highly recommend them. There are good people in this world and several work at this company!

Air Now was AMAZING!! Jeff the owner, was so kind and was fast coming to look at our problem with our furnace. He was really honest and the prices were fair, and we had a new furnace installed not even a week later! Also the guy who installed it was fast and really nice and went over everything with us. Jeff even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect, we will never use anyone else for heating and air! We have already recommend a few friends!

Air Now is hands down the best HVAC company in Northern Utah. The owner (Jeff) and his team are so knowledgeable and professional. They actually care about you as a person and care about your needs. You aren't just another customer to them, they treat you like family. They are upfront about all costs and have great pricing compared to the big name companies. I have been using Air Now for years and will continue to do so forever. I would highly recommend using Air Now if you have any HVAC needs. You will be very happy you did!

Jeff was very upfront and straightforward as to the issues I was having. He was able to repair my AC and made recommendations for replacement. His price was fair and he was able to get to me with short notice and over the weekend when it was especially hot.

We were very happy with our recent AC repair! Jeff came out the same day and fixed our AC in a few hours. He was very honest with the issues and I trusted his judgement. Will use them again!

These guys are the only people I use. They are always quick, efficient and get the problem solved. Our Air Conditioner went out on a 100° day, and when I messaged in, one of their techs hopped on to help troubleshoot. Jeff came out a little later to finish. They were able to secure a part that was the last in stock in the area. And we were able to start cooling off after only day. Can't say enough about these guys!

My AC motor went out on one of the hottest days this summer. The owner came out same day to evaluate and researched how to get a good value while still maintaining the integrity of quality. Next day a different technician came out and switched it out in no time. Also, the lady on the phone was so nice and accommodating. The whole experience was so easy and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC services.

Jeff is always timely, kind and efficient. I appreciate the reminders they send when service is due. Scheduling is easy and Jeff is great to accommodate my work schedule. I'm so glad to have found Air Now!

Jeff at AirNow is awesome and goes beyond for his customers. He had our AC unit diagnosed and up and running with the new part right away. Jeff also took the time and went through the AC unit and made sure everything was working. I highly recommend AirNow and Jeff for service. They are reasonable, professional and provide excellent customer service.

I can not say enough about this place. If I could give them more stars I would. My AC broke in the middle of the night in July. They came the same day I called them. The staff is so nice and efficient. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Air Now.
