They have been amazing! I have been telling everyone I know that they should call Air Now if they have trouble with their A/C! They were willing and able to come out the same day to fix or A/C! They were up front and honest. Even though they came to our house late at night, they didn't rush the repair. They were very thorough and tested everything to make sure they fixed it right. I would recommend them to anyone!
We had them replace our system and they did an awesome job with that too! I love our new system and have been really impressed with they way it was all handled. Jeff is concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied with the job that was done! Best customer service I have received from an HVAC company. And we have dealt with several others the last few years, none really seemed to care about our long term comfort.

Good people. Friendly, good price, and good service. They got my furnace back up and running quick and the tube up service found my gas pressure way out of spec. Fixed for no additional cost.

Our German Shepherd puppy chewed through the cords to both of our AC units. My parents have gone through Jeff Hanchett for several years and highly recommend him. When I reached out to Jeff to explain our situation, he was able to schedule us right away. He was friendly, honest, and efficient. He also reassured me that puppies chewing AC cables are more common than you think, and gave me some helpful suggestions to prevent it in the future. He also serviced both our furnaces and did an amazing job. We highly recommend Jeff, and will be using him for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Jeff was prompt and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem with my A/C very quickly and fixed it. He even took extra time to show me how to care for my system. I was very impressed with the great service.

We’ve been customers since February of 2012 when we had our furnace replaced. We’ve recommended them to friends who have also had excellent experiences with them. Currently we are a member of their smart club (I think that’s what they call it). We pay a monthly fee and in return get a service for our furnace and six months later get a service for our AC. Repairs are typically caught before equipment actually breaks down and we get discounts when things do need to be repaired. This is a family owned business. I would recognize the owner if I saw him at the store because he’s that involved with his customers. We absolutely love working with Air Now and highly recommend them.

Jeff arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our heating system and fixed it quickly. I always use him for HVAC trouble. He has honest prices and does good work.

Jeff is absolutely the best...experienced, honest, prompt, and great prices. He went out of his way to try to get a part for our old furnace and when it wasn't available, he modified another part to make it work. I will always call him for hvac. Just wish he also was a plumber.

My wife and I just bought a new house and as luck would have it our A/C stopped working! Great, I thought, this will be expensive. Called Air Now and they sent Jeff out. He was great! Got our A/C working again and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. We are going to use them for our heating too. Update... I had Jeff come out and service my furnace, it was leaking water. I was worried it was going to be a major issue. Turns out it wasn't and it took literally 5 mins to fix. Thank you again! Great service and very friendly. Recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had my yearly maintenance i appointment with Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning (Jefff). From appointment set up to service completion and everything in between I give Air Now a 5 star rating. Here’s just a few words to describe Air Now: professional, timely, knows their stuff, very trustworthy and honest, and they don’t take advantage of women. I would highly recommend them.

Jeff was so kind and explained everything to me so I could understand. He quickly fixed the problem and looked around to make sure there were no other problems. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Jeff replaced my furnace over 10 years ago and gave me a lot of information to help me figure out what system was best for my house. They have a great maintenance plan to keep the system running smoothly. In over ten years, I have very rarely had a problem and when I did, they were minor issues and Airnow arrived within hours to resolve it. I have an old air conditioner, and they have never pressured me to replace it-he just keeps me appraised of what changes are happening in the industry. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Airnow. They are the one home service company I know I can depend on since I moved to Utah.
