The hottest day of the year my ax went out. Jon came out to my house after hours to take care of me and my family. They went clear out of their way to help me and had the issue fixed in less than 15 minutes. They are the best!!!

Jon with Fremont went above and beyond last winter when we had a blower motor fail in our central heating unit and again this summer on an AC unit issue. Fast, quality service to say the least. He’s one of the local service providers saved in my contact list. Highly recommend!

Jon is awesome. Short notice call to look at my 89 year old mom's AC unit that quit working in 100 degree temps. He was there quick! Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didnt charge her an arm and a leg. Thank you so much for your service.

Jon and his crew were awesome. They got an A/C unit installed in our house quickly, easily, and respectfully. The prices were super fair too. Jon also identified a really dangerous vent that was installed by the previous owner of our house - he was able to fix it and make our family safe. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Rich was pleasant and helpful over the phone when I called prior to going to the location. He remembered me and helped me get the parts I needed when I arrived.

I spoke with Mike very short notice for one of my customers that needed a water heater and accessories. Mike was on point! This dude had everything waiting for me at the door when I got there. I was able to get my customers 40 Gallon Electric Bradford White installed with all code upgrades because of him! Outstanding customer service, give this man a raise! He is a hell of a salesman.

AWESOME company to work with and very responsive. Our AC went out on a Saturday. They texted me that evening and we set up a repair time for Monday at 11am. Alan did a great job trying to get our 21 year old unit to work, but we decided it was best to replace. He didn't charge me for his time and pulled out the $200 piece that we didn't need in a system we were getting rid of. Gave me a bid and hoped we'd call. We did end up going with them to replace both our AC and Furnace and I thought their pricing was very fair if not lower. They were able to get our new system installed three days later due to a cancelation. The gentleman that installed the new system was very professional and did a great job. TOP notch work and they have since checked on us. I would highly recommend these folks. Very honest and great to work with!!

When your A/C goes out you need quick relief. Family members shared a company they liked but they said it would take 2 weeks to get to us... My husband researched and chose AirNow and we could not have been happier with their service and coming out the next day! I was impressed at their knowledge and really wanting to help solve the problem and get the job done right. We will certainly call Jeff and his team again.
