We've used Simplified quite a few times in the last 4 years. Dan B. was great when we initially did our landscape/hardscape at helping us refine our design to something that would best meet our needs. Additionally, Greg B. + crew are great about coming to do fall cleanup + spring cleanup. Sometimes you may have to follow up a few times about scheduling but when they come they do a great job.

This company is stellar!! They were so easy to schedule- they made the timing we wanted work beautifully and showed up right on time. The crew was so kind, cheerful, and worked so hard. They weeded, planted, cleaned up, and laid a pathway for us. They were led by Kenton- who absolutely went above and beyond. He communicated well, really listened to our needs/wants, was so friendly and fun, and helped our vision come to fruition. I cannot recommend more! We are clients for life! Please don’t hesitate to trust them with your outdoor space needs! Thank you thank you!!!!!

We have been using Simplified for our landscape provider for about two years. They really do a great job and the landscaping around our building always looks so well maintained. I especially like working with Steve Thomas who is quick to respond to any issues or questions that I may have. I told him at the beginning that I was looking for someone who would always do my bidding and he has done just that!

I recently moved into a new community. Simplified was contracted to put in our sprinklers and landscaping. What a bunch of hardworking, respectful people. The project manager Sherri Austin was great to work with. She kept us informed of timelines so we knew what to expect. I was so impressed with the job they did I contacted Sherri to get a estimate on doing some things in my back yard. Sherri took the time to draw up some ideas and reached out to see what kind of plants I liked, what colors I wanted, and gave suggestions for placement. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished it up in no time. They used high end cloth under the bark and the plants looked amazing. I felt the price was more that fair, and they just make it so easy! I would highly recommend if you are in need of their services you contact Sherri. I now have a beautiful back yard that I was able to enjoy all summer. Great Company!

Simplified Landscaping did a wonderful job! The cement curbing is beautiful and exactly what I requested. They did a great job installing the sprinkler system with drip line. It was amazing to have an instant yard. The sod is healthy, and I appreciated them spreading soil pep to all my flower beds. They completed the job in an impressive time. We're very happy with the results.

Simplified Landscaping has been great. Our yard always looks great each and every week. We have been using them since 2023 and plan on using them for the foreseeable future. Steve Thomas the owner has also been great with extra work outside the contract that has to get done and makes sure we are put on the schedule. I always like when he checks in to make sure that the work is satisfactory.

Sherri and Hugo worked together as a great team with me in designing my yard and then making it happen. I highly recommend them.

The Simplified Landscaping crew has been doing my lawn maintenance for years and I couldn't be happier with their work. They're reliable and do an excellent job! My lawn and edging look terrific and there's never blades of grass left on planting or paved/concrete areas. In my opinion, their rates are very reasonable for the quality of their work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

This company is under new ownership. They sent me three proposals for service bundles. I explained that I only want to have them continue to mow my lawn. They weren't happy with that and, after several email exchanges sent me a contract for just mowing. The price was 65% higher than last year and when I questioned them about it I was informed that they want to get at least $3000.00 from each address for the season.
Needless to say, I found another service.

I was somewhat worried to learn that Russ Beus had retired, and that Beus Landscaping had been merged with Simplified Landscaping. This was based primarily on the fact that I had used them for a long time and received fair and personalized service. I recently had a landscape project and proceeded with Simplified Landscaping. My worries were alleviated knowing that a familiar face, Steve Thomas, stayed on. With this last project, Steve took care of me and my project the way I was used to when he worked for Beus. Thank you for always doing such a fine job on my yard with workmanship I can trust!

Obviously these guys don't care about work quality I called to complain about the mess the mowing crew makes and Obviously nothing was done 2 days later they were back out to tear up our lawn and make a huge mess .

Top notch people, work and materials! I could not have had a better experience than I did with Simplified. Highly recommend! They razed and redid my whole back and side yard, it was a big job. Sherri was outstanding to work with on the planning and management side. I feel lucky she just happened to be there when I walked into the office. She always has a positive attitude, which is so great when something big and important is happening at your property. She kept everything running smoothly; at no time were they behind on the work, and even coordinated well with some subs who were working on other parts of the overall project. Adan was the crew chief on my jobsite and he was also outstanding to work with. He paid close attention to details, and was a perfectionist even with things that would never be seen once the job was done (like grading for rain and snow runoff). He also did a lot of little things on his own initiative that were just thoughtful, like dividing and replanting some iris that were already here to enhance the appearance of one side of my yard. He is also always positive. The crew enjoyed working with and for him, which was great to see and also told me a lot about the company.

Ben repaired the louvres on our pergola under warranty. Great to work with.

Amazing service! We are hardcore DIYers but we had some electrical work that needed permitting. Not only did they quote us fairly against the competition, they were more than happen to explain the parts of the project we were going to do ourselves. We will definitely be hiring them again!
