Buck was phenomenal! I was so anxious about someone coming into my private space to clean but he helped me feel comfortable. I loved the small touches like cleaning out my hair brush and folding my blanket on my bed in the shape of a heart. I will definitely be requesting him every month and continuing services. Buck was exactly what I needed.

It was so nice to have a deep and thorough cleaning – my rooms literally sparkled. The improvement was remarkably noticeable. It was so nice to have all the “tough jobs” done that no one in my family wants to do. 😉 I appreciated how she wore foot covers and handled all our personal effects gently. She thanked me and said she really enjoyed cleaning my home. When I expressed embarrassment about the dirty state of my home, she was so polite and made me feel at ease by saying it was satisfying. Very professional.

Wonderful company to have clean your home! The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and have never looked so good! Many of the products used are not harmful which is such a plus! This company is extremely responsive and give you an honest cost for price of your clean. I can get say enough good things about wasatch maids.

We are preparing to list our house for sale and had wastach maids out to make sure she was sparkling for her pictures. They truly did a phenomenal job and took so much off my plate during a stressful time!

I paid extra to have my oven, walls, and blinds cleaned and it was so worth it. Everything is spotless. Definitely recommend

I've been extremely busy with a new job the last 6 months and really wanted a nice deep spring cleaning that I dont have the time to do myself. These guys are awesome! What a great service! We wanted to thoroughly clean our home before our baby was born, and Guadalupe and Julia went above and beyond. They cleaned behind and below the couches and baby bassinet. They even got the inside of the oven cleaner than we've ever managed. They did all we asked and more. Highly recommend!

Wasatch maids service was amazing. They were professional, detailed, and I loved that they just knew what needed to be done. They didn’t miss anything. My home looks beautiful. I will definitely be using them again. I would caution anyone looking for a maid service.. don’t choose your service based off of price. You get what you pay for and Wasatch Maids are worth every penny! They surpassed my expectations!

They did an amazing job! We hired them to do a move out cleaning and they were amazing! Super accommodating and had us do a walk through to check their work! We loved their thoroughness!

This company is exceptional! From the moment I first contacted him, he responded promptly to my questions. They arrived at our house for a move out cleaning. Our house is an older home with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and an unfinished basement. Quite a job. It took longer than expected but he stuck to the quote he gave. My family is very impressed with the company and the job they did. I wish I could give them more than the 5 stars! Thank you Wasatch Maids!!

Wasatch Maids did a wonderful job! I hired them to complete a Spring Cleaning deep clean. My house is spotless! They took the time needed to ensure that they attended to every detail. They were friendly, and it was evident that they cared about doing a job well done. I will definitely be using Wasatch Maids in the future!

I’m very happy with my cleaning! I have a kid (and a husband!) so there’s usually a lot of fingerprints throughout my house, we’ll, not anymore! Michelle got them all, I’m very impressed with the thoroughness!

I have now had wasatch maids coming to my house weekly for two years and am still just as happy. We’ve had various employees during that time and they have provided a consistent excellent service.

I recently had to have spinal surgery, and have been physically unable to keep up with my weekly cleaning routine. Upon calling, they were able to fit me in the next day! The gals that came were quick, efficient and friendly. My home looks amazing, and smells so good! Their efforts were truly appreciated!

10/10.. definitely recommended!

Wasatch Maids ROCKS! I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law for the birth of their first child and my first grandchild. I really wanted to give them the gift of a thorough house cleaning before bringing the baby home. While I was able to do some organizing and laundry, I didn’t have the time or expertise to do the cleaning myself. I looked at the reviews and called them. I knew it was a long-shot and a big ask since I called the day before I needed the cleaning. The owner, Jeremy, was very friendly and basically moved mountains in order to make it happen for me. The ladies who came and did the cleaning were very pleasant, professional, and thorough. Also, the price was reasonable. I am fortunate enough to have a couple of ladies come to my house in California every two weeks. The cleaners did the work as if I was a long time customer. I definitely recommend the company!

I was so surprised when I saw my place. They did such a thorough job and provided unexpected, but appreciated touches, like organizing. Also, their products weren't highly chemical smelling and I loved that. I've had cleanings from other places for twice the price and far less quality.

Update:
We are extremely happy with the overall outcome. Wasatch Maids made it a priority to go back and clean the missed areas, take before and after photos, and kept me in communication the entire time. Thank you Jeremy and Michell! I did not need to pay another cleaning company, feels so great! This is a company that takes ownership in errors and they do their best to make it right. Very grateful for how things were communicated and handled. Leaving my first review on here so you can all see what an incredible turn around it has been.

Scheduling and payment was very easy.
Lacked communication. No call or communication to let me know they were on their way, there, or when they were done. I almost started to think this was a scam until our Ring doorbell showed them arriving. Thank goodness.

Since this was getting ready to be a rental and we were not close by. I had to call a friend to view the house, see how everything looked, and if everything was cleaned. Our friend said inside the fridge was not cleaned and a few other spots like the windows and some of the cabinet doors were not wiped down. This was a bummer and I wish we were home to see the work ourseleves before they left.

The manager messaged me after reading my review in the WasatchMaids portal, which was very nice. He apologized for the lack of communication, missing a few spots, and missing inside the fridge. I was hoping they would be able to go back and clean up what was missed but that wasn't offered, a partial refund was.

Today, the rental property management went to take photos and notified me of a few more spots that were not cleaned and that need to be cleaned before we can start renting. (inside the pantry, windows, and inside cabinets were not touched. Downstairs medicine cabinet was also not cleaned).

Now I have to pay again to have the house cleaned. I can't explain the disappointment I am feeling.

They did clean the oven and wiped down most of the 4bed 2 bath house, so thank you for doing that and I'm glad they got paid for it.

It really is unfortunate to pay good money and expect the services you just paid for to be completed, to have their side of the agreement completed, only to be let down.
