Second Update: Wanted to give an extra star because Franco and Maria are great to work with. Will update again if we decide to go through with the project as working with their crew may be different from working with the sales people.

Original: They didn't even show up for our consultation. They didn't call or give any updates. They said to leave a 30 minute window for the appointment, which we did.

We took time off work, woke our baby from her nap early, and drove 30 minutes to our new build to meet with them. We waited outside in the heat and called their dispatcher at the 30 minute mark asking where the tech was. We reminded her that we aren't currently living at the property and were waiting outside. She said the tech would be there at 4:00pm (one hour late). We decided to stay since at that point it was only about 20 minutes away. AGAIN, no call, no update. Just a no show. We waited until about 4:20 and then left. They called us at 4:30 (an hour and a half after the appointment time) and asked where we were. Yeah no.

We won't be jerked around by a company when we are looking to spend tens of thousands of dollars. We arranged our whole day, waited in the heat, missed work, and changed our baby's schedule to make the appointment and they didn't even call us until they were an hour and a half late.

We had them do our entire backyard and the end results were amazing. They were easy to work with and quickly fixed any issues that came up. We love our backyard and get so many compliments on it.

Marbella Landscaping just finished installing 120 feet of black wrought iron fencing along the back of our property. We called two other reputable fence companies to get bids to install this same fencing and both of these fence companies claimed that it would be impossible to install fencing along the back of our property, because the fencing would run along the top of a 5-foot rock wall, and there are several large, mature trees and some bushes that run along the top of the rock wall as well. But then Marbella Landscaping told us that they definitely could install a wrought iron fence along the back of our property regardless of the rock wall and the roots from our mature trees. Marbella did a fantastic job of installing our wrought iron fence in this difficult location. It looks amazing. and we couldn't be happier with the job they did for us! Franco was great to work with. We highly recommend Marbella Landscaping, and we plan to use them for our future landscaping needs.

Although Marbella Landscaping didn't do my landscaping I wish they did. I have been watching them work on my neighbors house for the past week and the seem like a great crew. Also the owner Franco helped me out be grabbing me some fill dirt for my garden beds. Living in a construction zone with a new home in a new development can mean interacting and running into many different crews. I can tell you Marcelo the leader of this crew keeps his jobsite clean and all equipment out of neighbors way. If I have any future landscaping projects they will be my first call! Oh and by the way. The neighbors yard is going to be awesome thanks to Marbella Landscaping!

Fantastic landscaping company we work with them doing court construction and it’s very top notch!

Marbella was very easy to work with, they came quickly and worked fast. They were done within 2 weeks of our entire front and back yard, doing all the sprinklers and prep for sod. After they completed the work it was hard for me to get them to fix the little things, such as not putting in top soil in the garden areas like was in our contract, or adding enough mulch, the edging was not exactly straight and the weed barrier under it was not all the way to the corners like it should have been. If you use them make sure everything is correct before you make your last payment.

Also now having it for a few months the grading of the lawn could have been better, we have a few areas where water pools, specifically between the neighbors and us and the water drains off to that area and sits rather than is pushed to the street or the dirt field behind us.

Franco and Marcelo run a great crew. They are fast, efficient, responsive and respectful. They always clean up the job site at the end of each day and make sure equipment is parked not blocking neighbors access. Would use them again!

I worked with Joe and he was quick to respond. I chose Marbella over others because they were professional, had good reviews and gave me a decent quote. They worked with me on what I wanted to accomplish in my yard. There was some issues with the sprinklers a few days later that was unrelated to their work and they came back a day after I reached out to them to get it resolved. They also made sure every sq inch of grass was looking great. I will definitely use them again!

A year ago, we had Marbella come and trim some trees for us. They were so good to work with that when it came time to do a new section of fence, we didn't hesitate to get a bid from them, along with a couple other companies. Marbella gave us a great bid, and ultimately we believe we got the winning combination of superior value and as well as top quality work and materials from their team.

Throughout the experience Franco was responsive to questions we had about the bid and details regarding the project. In addition, Andres was the project manager for the new fence and he and his team did a beautiful job and were so pleasant to work with. It wasn't a simple job as there was a lot of old growth along the fence line that had to be removed but they did a thorough job to make sure the foundation was level. Their team worked hard and took care of everything with great attention to detail. The finished job exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to work with them again. We recommend Marbella to anyone considering landscaping and fencing projects. Thanks, Franco and Andres!

I contacted close to 10 different landscaping companies to get estimates on taking out most of our existing grass and replacing it with a xeriscape. So many of the companies flaked on me, either by never showing up or by never getting a bid to me. Marbella was, by far, the best in showing up when they were scheduled and in getting back to me quickly. I’m the end we did get 3 bids and Marbella was the lowest of the three by a significant amount. The long winter pushed our promised start date back a few weeks but once the project was started they worked diligently on it for close to three weeks until the job was done. We had hired a landscape designer to come up with our plan and the crew consulted with us regularly to make sure everything was being done according to our plan. Both the supervisors and the on-site crew members were great to work with and we are very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We only received a quote but Franco was fantastic. He responded very quickly and was so helpful. I often find landscaping overwhelming because I don’t know what I’m doing. He had great suggestions. At my request he promptly updated our quote until it was perfect. We will wait on this project until later this year as we work the financing out but the process was very easy and pain free. We look forward to using their services soon.

Roman was our on-site supervisor and was excellent! Easy to work with, great suggestions, trustworthy. His crew - Pedro and Jose - were great as well. They did a professional job and were very attentive. Great results. Franco was very understanding as we worked through some changes up front - a pleasure to work with. I recommend Marbella, and would ask for Roman for sure.

We needed our entire backyard landscaped, including new sprinkler system, topsoil, sod, landscaping gravel, and a small area with artificial turf. We received multiple bids for our project, and Marbella stood out as the most knowledgeable with everything we wanted to do, so we went with them.

Our backyard landscaping was the final step of an 18-month-long home addition and remodel. We experienced issues with some of our other vendors and subcontractors on other parts of the project, so I felt apprehensive about starting the landscaping project.

Working with Marbella turned out to be one of our best experiences, and a great way to wrap up the 18 months of work on our home. Here's why:

1. Clear project definition - Because Franco was so knowledgeable about every aspect of our vision for our backyard, he was able to document all the details and deliver exactly what we needed. We didn't face any situations where the crew's work varied from our vision.

2. Open communication - We were always clear on expectations throughout the project. Scheduling conversations with Maria. Project detail conversations with Franco. Billing & payment conversations with Daniela. They were always professional and responsive.

3. Flexibility - During the project, we called a few audibles as the backyard began to take shape. Nothing major - just some details we wanted to augment. Franco responded to every request, passed the information along to the working crew, and the changes were done.

4. Sprinkler System - Before the backyard project even started, Marbella came and did some work on our front yard sprinklers to repair damage done during construction on our home. Then they integrated our backyard and front yard systems to the same timer boxes to dramatically simplify watering schedules.

5. Quality of work - We are delighted with the outcome of the work. Marbella didn't cut corners. I feel like their goal was not just to get paid, but to help us realize our vision for our backyard. Worth every penny we spent to find a landscaping partner... not just another landscaping vendor.

After some misfortune in scheduling and a miscommunication on when an estimate is possible. We worked closely with a manager who took very good care of us. We didn't end up going with marbella simply due to price for our yard plan. We got quite a few estimates and theirs came out to the highest but we KNOW their quality would have been great and their vision and knowledge for the capability of our yard was great. It did take quite a few times for someone to give us an estimate. So we would recommend them if you have patience to wait and don't have a project that needs done immediately.

I was very happy with the work they did and the time they did it in. Great communication once the project started and they ensured my expectations were met. They offered up suggestions and helped me design what we wanted. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

My experience with Marbella was mixed. I knew I had a valve that needed repair they did that which took most of the first hour. They found one other broken sprinkler that needed repair so I paid for an additional hour. The big downsides were that the guy who showed up to my house spoke no English at all and could not understand what I wanted done. I have poor sprinkler watering coverage. I wanted someone to go through each zone and adjust things and tell me what needed to be changed. He told the office that everything looked good. Well my lawn does not look good.
When you call Marbella know what to expect.

Marbella did our whole landscaping front and back. They did a great job! Not only were their prices great but they also made sure my husband and I were satisfied with the work! They can do just about any service that is needed for your landscaping which also makes it great to have a one stop shop! I highly recommend.

I hired Marbella Landscaping to landscape the front and back yards of my new house in the summer of 2024. I already had a landscape design from another company and got several bids. Marbella came back with a reasonable price. They were able to start the project within about four weeks and worked continuously through the whole project. The lead worker Branden was great. He was a hard worker and very capable with hardscape, irrigation and planting. The other workers (Jose, Juan Carlos and Israel) also worked hard and did a good job. Even though it was a complicated project (retaining walls, concrete, fire pit, planter boxes, etc.), they were able to get the result we were looking for. When minor issues arose, the supervisor Franco was there to help get things resolved and even agreed to compromise on a couple of things. All in all it was a good experience.

Had Marbella handle the backyard of our new build. Maria came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and a nice 3D rendering of the final plan. We're happy with how it all turned out. I appreciate their communication throughout and the quality of their work!

Absolutely amazing experience. Very professional and responsive. Communication was very fluid throughout the project. Whenever we expressed issues or concerns, Franco was very quick to respond and address/fix things.

Maria was the first one onsite to get me an accurate bid when i first reached out them. I had a fully-built proposal before I even heard a response from other landscaping companies.

Marbella just completed our backyard project and did an amazing job. They were a great price, completed the project on time, and were extremely professional. They had great communication and were super accommodating when my husband and I made changes to our original plan. I highly recommend Marbella!!
