Sophia arrived on time for a same day appointment, was very thorough in her diagnosis and repair of our furnace and heat pump, answered our questions, and was very friendly. She diagnosed a problem with our thermostat that other companies had missed. Thank you!

Hunter was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely communicative during the entire process which put us at ease knowing we were getting the complete picture of the issues. We were super impressed at how quickly the call was responded to and grateful to get an immediate fix. He went above and beyond in every single way!!!

Unfortunately a very poor experience and potentially dangerous. Bought our house in April and had western do a furnace tune up before winter. Technician checked both furnaces out and said they were operating properly. A week later once the furnace was running we had a scary night were the CO monitor went off in the middle of the night. Luckily I had several CO alarms around the house so us and the four kids were ok. Turned off the furnace opened windows and waited for levels to go down. Called western and they sent someone back out who showed they missed many holes in the heat exchanger and put my family at risk. Since this leak happened we asked for several quotes for new furnace. All of which were double two other companies quotes. Overall disappoint with a potentially fatal error and then a preditory stance towards replacement. Don’t recommend this company

These guys ROCK!! Brenden Murray was the technician that came out to save my freezing house and I feel extremely lucky that he was assigned to me. He was not only nice and cheerful, he knows what he's doing. He went above and beyond what was expected. I'm always careful on not over paying or being sold a bunch of extras that I really don't need. Brenden was truthful and pretty much a stallion when it comes to service. I almost want my heater to break again so I can request Brenden to come fix it. All thumbs up 👍 👍 👍

Our old AC unit gave out on us. Western was very prompt at getting us appointments both for the consultation and the install. Brent and Brayan were fantastic. We’re very pleased with the results and happy to have our AC back up and running as it is hot!

Western Heating, Air & Plumbing was prompt, efficient, and polite. When Jose came to fix the issue with my heating, he was incredibly kind and helpful. He spoke to me directly and helped me understand the problem completely at my level of understanding (lower than his of course). I couldn’t have asked for better service or for a better technician! I will absolutely be using Western for all future needs.

Parker and Easton installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They did a great job job. They were conscientious about about taking care of my home and cleaning up after they were finished.

Dillon flushed our water heaters and did an inspection of our household plumbing. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of my many questions. In plain terms he explained a few things we may want to consider having done in the future, but didn’t make me feel like a had to hold onto my wallet during the entire visit. Great job Dillon!!

Jose was amazing. He was at our house looking at our furnace for our yearly inspection and was very thorough. He went over our results and gave us options and pictures. Fantastic job!!!! Thank you!!!

Jose was superb. Punctual, respectful, informative, professional, efficient, and best of all a great educator. He listened to what was going on with our furnace and then took an in depth look at it. He explained the issue and then explained very well our options on how to proceed. It was all very helpful and transparent. Also, our tune up was surprisingly inexpensive. We were impressed with the company as well as with Jose! Thanks for the help!

Very impressed with the service we received! I loved that I got text messages updating me when our technician would be arriving. They even wore shoe protectors in my house to prevent my carpet from getting dirty. & of course, our water heater is working great again!

I would like to thank Dillon when he came out to do our water heater flush that he noticed that the duct work was too low and it could cause carbon monoxide leakage so he fixed the venting so now we can walk completely underneath it and not hit our head anymore. He was totally awesome.

I’ve been on Western Heating & Air’s maintenance plan for a while, and I really appreciate how thorough their whole-home inspections are. They check and service everything in my furnace room and give clear, reasonable recommendations whenever something might be out of code.

Dillon was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he saw and everything he was doing. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, and his professionalism and clarity gave me total confidence in the work. I’ll definitely be requesting Dillon for future service appointments. Highly recommend!

I originally called to get a quote to have the coils and panel of my furnace cleaned. The person who answered the phone told me they had a special going where they can do a tuneup for $69.00 and that included cleaning the coils. I asked if she was sure that cleaning the coils was part of this special. She put me on hold to double check and came back and said it was part of the special. When the technician came he told me he was scheduled to do a tuneup. I mentioned the cleaning of the coils and he told me that that wasn’t included with a tuneup. Somehow a miscommunication with the scheduler.
We ended up with just having the coils cleaned. The cost was $520.00 which seemed a bit steep. However Ethan the technician was great. Showed and explained what he had to do to clean the coils. Was very efficient. Work space was clean after he finished. He did a great job. Very pleasant and respectful. Ethan deserves a 5 star rating. 3 stars because of the miss communication between scheduler and supervisor.

Seth Harward came to my home on February 19, 2026 to clean the drains in my two bathrooms sinks. the tub drain in one bathroom and the shower drain in the second bathroom. I was impressed with the communication given to me by the company. They reminded me that he would be coming between noon and 4. Later I received a communiation asking if he could come earlier at 10:30 am. Seth arrived and went immedicately to work while I asked a few questions. He showed me what he had cleaned out of the drains. He was neat and clean and he left the work area neat and clean. Linda Peterson

This company has gone down hill and might be rock bottom. On the last visit which was a furnace tune-up, they did the work (not sure how well) and presented my wife with thousands of dollars of recommended repairs and upgrades. The list was ridiculous and included things that only they could have caused (like crimped wiring inside the unit when it wasn’t mentioned when they came in March nor any of the other times they came and they’re the only ones to access that compartment in the last eight years). My wife called me and we declined the additional services and the technician left.

When I returned home after about a week, I found an absolute mess: the furnace room door was off its hinges, there was a furnace filter propped next to the furnace, and general disarray in the space. I went to work trying to clean things up and discovered that the problems were even worse than I expected. Not only was the door of its hinges, it had actually been broken. The technician didn’t even mention it, let alone offer to fix it. The furnace filter that was propped by the furnace was mangled and torn and plastic packaging (like from a new filter) was stuffed inside it. We figured out that the one leaning there was the new filter I had installed about 6 weeks before (and did not need to be changed) and the plastic was from the spare I keep on hand. It’s a tight squeeze to get the filter in and out and requires care not to damage it. Clearly the technician wasn’t careful and simply ripped it out of its housing. Again, no mention of this from the technician and no offer to replace what he ruined.

Upon further inspection, I found that one of the seals around the PVC pipe that delivers air to the unit was not in place. I went back and looked at the pictures from the previous service (in March) and it was properly seated, which makes me question whether the technician knew what he was doing or cared at all to do the job right. I’ve canceled my service contract with Western Heating and will never utilize their services again. I’d caution you against using them as well.
