Caution!! Total ripoff.
Cleaned our carpets, tile, and grout. Their extractor did not extract all the water out and left our carpets soaked. Left pools of water on all the tile floors. Avoided all our calls to come rectify the issue.
Had to rent a machine to extract as much water as we could. Used fans for 5 days to help dry out all the carpets. Ended up having to replace two large rooms with new carpet and pad. Cost us $$$.

We have 2 dogs. Lots of stains on the carpets from the puppy. Park City Carpets came out fast and got the carpets looking brand new again (not to mention smelling better)! Vadim was very friendly and easy to work with. Will be using them again!

They did a great job cleaning our carpets, and at a nice rate too. I highly recommend there services.

With 2 dogs in our household, stains tend to show up quickly and unexpectedly, fortunately for us there is park city carpets! They are true pros in their field, timely, professional and most importantly, they got our carpets looking new again! I've used them a few times over the years and every time we do, we can't get over how clean and fresh they look! Highly recommend next time you need a carpet cleaner, whether it's a small stain or a whole house, they will get it done and done right!

Always reliable. We use them for our yard three seasons a year and snow plowing in the winter. Neat and careful work 100% of the time.

I gave them 1 star because they have a self scheduler for irrigation system winterization appointments and they did send a text the night before confirming that the service would be completed. I gave them no additional stars because they never showed up to do the work and they didn't have the courtesy to text/call to inform me that they were not going to be able to keep their commitment.

I had this company do a large, expensive job in my yard. There was one small detail to finish up, replacing some sprinkler heads. I unfortunately paid them before that was completed. I have not been able to get them to come back to complete the job.

Fine Landscaping is professional, knowledgeable and very customer centered. Mark and Kevin went above and beyond in getting our sprinkling system on and working, and fixing a very problematic French drain next to our house. I highly recommend.

Superb service and equipment. I use them for snow removal, lawn care, tree spraying and now weeding. They are friendly, competent and maybe have the best customer service of any company I have encountered! Seriously. Their prices are fair. They use a giant snow blower that is FAR superior to a traditional plow, especially if you own an oddly shaped driveway or need the snow blown to a particular area.

Very personable service and quick response. Look forward to working with falling Waters again next year.

Bad experience with this outfit purchasing used materials he’s selling on the side. Willie initially committed to selling 200 ft.² of pavers and later changed his mind, stating he didn’t want to break the lot. Disappointed!
